My family of 5 arrived late on Saturday. Snow on the grounds absolutely so beautifully located in the Dolomites & Sappada (sweet town).Called the desk they were helpful to let us know what to do if it was a late check in. We were in the suite with master bed, traveling with 3 kids (2 in bunks & 1 on couch bed) had to pay for our towels and sheets but it was so clean and warm and comfortable for our family. They helped us be able to do laundry during our week stay. Had karaoke night, great food and we thank you staff for making our trip so memorable. We had such an incredible time. Grazie :)

Sap pads and the Dolomites are beautiful! The resort was ok at best. We had to pay for sheets and towels and make the bed ourselves. The unit had no soap or shampoo in the restroom. No dishwashing detergent or any dishwashing supplies of any kind. The kitchen has an under counter refrigerator that is quite small. The reception desk did not mention that the refrigerator and hot water needed to be switched on. A microwave oven would have been nice. Once we got everything sorted out the room was good as a base to tour the area from.

I stayed at the residence with a friend, with the idea of staying three days, but in the end I stayed there a whole week since we had fun!
The staff and entertainers are golden people, of incredible professionalism, kindness and sympathy.
Sara, Camilla, Nina, Enrico and Edoardo made us feel at home.
The evenings organized by them - karaoke, quizzes and bingo - definitely made us have fun. And when they left, they would stop well after work hours to play cards, pool or just have a chat and a drink together.
They made our holiday a special and indelible memory.
For those who think that Sappada lacks fun for young people, he has never met these fantastic and very nice people. See you soon!

Apartment in the blue house building not bad..
The only complaint is the animation... I've never seen such annoyed and passive animators
Not to mention an animator Antonio, as I remember his name at least... of unprecedented rudeness... the other two girls completely disinterested in carrying out their work as animators so much so that they entertained themselves by playing on their own business... terrible welcome for the guests. .in my opinion the entertainment should be abolished at least for multi-owners who pay without having positive feedback..the only positive thing besides the house is the boy at the reception who is very kind and polite…
A bar that didn't offer anything other than frozen pizzas and frozen croissants...
To play billiards 10 hours pure madness..

Residence surrounded by greenery a few minutes from the center. Equipped with garage with numbered parking spaces. The apartments are nice in typical mountain style, well-kept and clean. Equipped with all the essentials. The staff is attentive to any need of the guest and ready to intervene. In my case, for example, the boiler had gone into lockdown, called the reception in less than 5 minutes the problem was solved.
Large lobby with adjoining bar whose staff is very kind and hospitable. Ditto regarding the kids of the animation, very useful in case of small children because they organize morning and afternoon baby parking with various recreational activities.
It 'a residence on which they are carrying out continuous renovations and renovations then evolving improvement even the critical issues.... now few. The swimming pool and spa are not active. I sincerely recommend it and we were really good. On Sappada and the neighboring places to visit...... too beautiful...... and many!

We loved the location of this resort. The most beautiful little town for a nice, peaceful vacation. The staff was also excellent at this resort. It was also very clean and convenient to local shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was the rooms needed updating. there were bunk beds in one of the rooms which may be ok for a family, but if 2 couples are travelling this does not work.

Borgo al Sole's staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They are super responsive to all our questions by email and with a lot of patience. There's even an animation team that organizes activities every night, making sure that guests don't have one dull night. The residence is located in a beautiful quite town called Sappada, and the ski domain here is very beautiful, family-friendly and with little crowd. Recommend!

This resort is in a poor state. Needs an overhaul. It is run on a very low budget and this is apparent in everything you experience at the resort. Although Sappada is nice, the resort is in an area of town which clearly needs some investment!

Nice as usual. Well done guys on the staff. The maintenance technician was diligent and competent.
But... the mattresses need to be changed.
The lady who hands over the keys at reception was not courteous or even welcoming: fix it.
