Greatly located 2 minutes from the ferry. Very simple rooms, only cold water (which is not a problem given the heat outside) and a fan. Amazing terrace with hammocks where you can sip your 1.5$ rum&coke you get at the bar. Breakfast is tasty, cheap and served from 6 am, so you can eat before you leave to the volcano...

This hostel is in easy walking distance from the ferry terminal. We thought we would stay one night and move to another town, but this town is the best place to plan day excursions from. Unfortunately, the hostel is was booked, so we stayed the one night and had to move out. We looked all around town and none of...

My friend and I stayed here three nights and we were very impressed. The hostel is extremely clean, the service is prompt and friendly. The manager speaks excellent English and is very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is a good price, and and enjoyable meal. We found the bathroom to be a bit grungy, but the dorms themselves were quiet and...

I did not stay here during my trip to Ometepe though the owner was extremely helpful. We were stuck on the ferry leaving to the mainland for 7 hours only to be told at 5pm that the ferry wouldn't be leaving that day. All of the passengers then had to scramble to find a place to the stay for the...

Chill place close to the dock and with good restaurants around. The staff is very helpful, they gave me some advises to places to go and the dorms are clean and with enough space, bring your lock but they can rent one as well. Showers, restrooms are clean. The view at the top floor is fantastic. Didn't try the food...

Super close to the ferry dock, some nice places to eat nearby. Clean big room with en suite and air con, how ever they don't leave the aircon control in the room so once it's on, it's on, gets rather chilly after a while. Small garden space is ok, not really anything to sit on the relax in it, but...

Great location and great value for money. Much cheaper than other hotels. Staff are so friendly band the owner does everything to make your stay enjoyable. So clean always mopping floors. Only downside there is no air conditioning but good fan.

Excellent location, literally 3 minutes walk from the ferry. The building is spacious and very well maintained. The dorms are small but there is plenty of common areas where you can hang out. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful. You can see the big volcano from there. There is no kitchen, though. You need to eat outside or...

Stayed in the dorm for $7 a night and it's literally a stones throw from the ferry. A great option for leaving early or coming in late. Centrally located makes finding food easy and the bus to other cities on the island is also close by. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Two additional stories include tables hammocks and...

The staff is friendly, there's a backyard and an upper floor with hammocks to relax. Me and my girlfriend stayed 2 nights, one in a dorm with 6 beds (7$ each big lockerboxes) and one in a privat room with bathroom (20$ total). There's no AC in the hotel so especially the dorm can get pretty hot when your bed...
