Last year the student workers weren’t the best but this year they are very cheerful and cooperative. The bathrooms are better and the campground is very nice. The grass was green and lush. We have stayed here before and it is much nicer this year than the previous times.

This is an average run-of-the-mill campground. The price was right for what we got. The worker at the front desk was nice & accommodating. Very spacious stalls, nice location - overlooking the valley. The grounds could use a little work like trimming dead trees etc. All in all we would stay here again.

We stayed at this campground Friday to Tuesday in late June. It was very quiet during this time with few other campers. The sites aren't wooded areas but there are some trees, and there isn't privacy between sites, but we stayed there because it's in town and close to family that we were visiting during the day. They provided 1 free bundle of wood daily, with additional bundles for only $5 - we thought that this was a great perk since we've never stayed anywhere with free wood or wood that cheap (we're from AB). We also loved that the bathroom and shower facilities where SO clean. The sign says they close the facilities daily from 1-3 pm for cleaning and it's totally worth it because these were the cleanest camping showers I've ever seen. If I had one less positive thing to say it would be that the shower heads in the women's washroom are in need of some CLR, or just to be replaced - I tried all 3 showers and they could all be improved.

We stayed the whole summer. they took away the good park and replaced it with a baby park. The same dirty chicken mess was in the garbage day after week.
The bathroom drain was sooo plugged that hardly any water got down the drain. Dirty Qtips and a lot of hair covered the moldy floor.

Room Tip: Complain a lot about the showers and maybe they will clean them.

I loved this little municpal campground. It's attached to a little historic site run by Parks Canada - you can walk right through a field over to the site and learn a few ffacts about the RCMP and historical wars.

It's clean, the staff are friendly, the WiFi signal is strong and actually works ALL THE TIME without crapping out There is a dump station you can use for free, the sites are far enough from your neighbour to feel quite private and the hot showers are also free. (if you come from the States, free showers are thenorm, but in western Canada you pay for almost every little thing)

The pull-thru sites are more like "pull over" sites on the side of the roads. The back-ins are fairly long. Stay closer to the entrance and you won't hear the train. Firepits, firewood available and pets welcome. Nice and quiet and I had two great nights' sleep. Sorry to leave, actually.

We were travelling this July for a few weeks , on one leg we were going from Edmonton Alberta, to waskisieu lake in the Prince Albert national park in northern Sask, we needed a stop over so we phoned ahead and book a site set Kramer campground in North Battleford, we got an electrical only , pull thru site...We got in around 7 pm...the campground is well looked after considering it does not have a huge budget like the national park...the sites are not overly private but spaced out well enough. The shower house is brand new , was very nice and clean as a whistle.
We were going to leave the next day but decided to stay , we had a great day visiting Fort Battleford, went for lunch at the golf course which is in a great setting...I wish we had time to catch the sask baseball hall of fame, some people ee talked to went and they said it was wonderful...
We will be back through sometime and spend another couple days...

I have always enjoyed camping here, the fires are roomy and spread out and it is very tidy. This year 2016 there is a brand new washroom and shower facility which is as good as it gets. Great location for visiting the first as well. Dot miss the river views from the east end, they are spectacular

I would happily return to this well kept campground next to Fort Battleford Saskatchewan. Very clean with lots of space between sites. Accommodating staff and great playground for kids. Fantastic sunsets. Very reasonably priced with wifi. Full service.

This campground is very clean with large, mature trees. It is a park like setting right in town. There are lovely walking trails and Fort Battleford National Historic Site right next door. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the town and surroundings. There is a brand new shower building that is immaculate (see pics). The campground has a playground and a picnic area that has an awesome view high above the river banks. We would definitely return and would definitely recommend this campground to our friends.

Awesome campground: quiet, next to a pioneer historic village
Staff offered free firewood and delivery to site.
Washrooms and showers very clean and comfortable to use. Children enjoyed the playground and walk into town to explore the area. Sat on a bench watching the sun set over the valley lands. Beautiful !

they don't. There is a place called "Laundreyland" in North Battleford, about 5 km from the campground.
