Pleasant hotel relatively easy to get to and ideal if you are working in the area. For those old enough to remember it's a bit like the Crossroads Motel from the 1970's. It took three different rooms to get me sorted but the manager was great and I ended up in a double room. Not the cleanest I've ever stayed...

Staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating, room was clean, crisp white cotton sheets, my dog was welcomed! One criticism bathroom floor had obviously not been cleaned. All in all a good experience, Richmond Park, just check on your housekepers.

On arrival the young lady on reception was very nice. I was given my room number in the annex, the lady informed me she could see my request in my booking email. We stayed over for a ruby wedding . Very pleased with the room, three lovely beds with different firmness. First time in room 67 it had a lovely...

My husband and I booked the Richmond park hotel for 1 night stay as we were attending a 40th Wedding Anniversary. When we arrived in our room it was so basic but for a 2 star hotel what do you expect. However, the bathroom was disgusting, there was mould around the shower taps along the bath, the batch panel was...

I stayed between Christmas and the new year and the location is convenient for Bo'ness. All the staff I met were very helpful and friendly. I think my room (67) which contained three single beds (all that was available at the time of my booking) had recently been redecorated and still looked fresh. The room was clean, as was the...

We stay here often and never have a complaint. The rooms are usually about £50 which includes breakfast. The rooms are clean, nice sizes and comfortable. The staff are always welcoming, both in reception of hotel and in the bar/restaurant.Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly but that is as good as it gets here. The room was probably one of (if not the worst) hotel rooms i have every stayed in. Room 34. It took 10 minutes for the shower to get just warm enough even though it was on the hottest setting. The pressure was non existent. The hot...
