First time in a chalet and definitely not the last. Our party of six had a fantastic time with everything catered for from food and drink at the chalet and all our ski requirements out of the chalet. Great facilities including hot tub and sauna to soothe those aching muscles after a day of skiing to some fab meals by...

We stayed at Chalet Symphony over the New Year period and to be honest I was a bit nervous as I'd never stayed in a chalet before with people that I didn't know. There were 3 in our family, 4 in another family that we knew and the rest were strangers. TBH I needn't have worried as everything worked out....

My partner and I stayed here between 23rd December and 1st January and had an absolutely amazing time. Both Charlotte and Rachel were both fantastic hosts, as well as producing some of the tastiest food we have eaten to date. All transfers, ski hire, lift passes were arranged prior to arrival. Transfers to and from the slopes both in the...

Very comfortable chalet with all amenities (including a hot tub) and great welcome. In particular our chalet hosts Tom and Nicki looked after us so well. The food was to die for and the service was consistently professional and friendly. I would love to go back to the same situation and staff.

My Wife and I got away for a few days skiing recently and we spent 4 nights in the Chalet Symphony. The food was excellent, the bedrooms and bathroom were spotless and well laid out, with plenty of storage space. The living area of the chalet is great, there are lots of comfy seats clustered around the fire. Tom and...

For a number years, I have heard about this great chalet from my husband, who has been many times. Finally we went as a family after christmas, and were all very impressed with the chalet and everyone involved running it. We arrived to a really sincere welcome from Bev, not to mention the first of the delicious afternoon cakes made...

Chalet Symphony has changed hands this year and is run by the Alpinia company (so it's not actually Savoie Flair). It's a new team who provided an excellent level of service. Really friendly and very welcoming. Food was exceptional, Max the chef is an Irish wizard. The team were really good with my little girl and made us feel very...
