We stayed here for three nights over Easter, received a friendly welcome on arrival and were shown to our ground floor room in the farmhouse. The bed was very comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities and our dog was made welcome. The breakfasts were freshly cooked with local ingredients and lashings of tea and coffee. Excellent !

Stayed for 1 night as travelling further south for a wedding. Good points:- We were made to feel welcome by Jane. Rooms were clean and comfy. The accommodation is well away from traffic and hence is very peaceful. Gardens are well kept and if we had more time we would have spent our time lazing in the garden watching the...

This B&B is set on a working horse farm. The accommodation, whilst dated is very clean and tidy and prices at £65 per room per night are excellent. Breakfast was served just off the kitchen and with friendly staff it felt like a home from home. Lots of room to park and situated well off the road it is an...

I stayed here for 1 night while attending a training course with my 2 dogs. The owners were very friendly and welcoming to me and my dogs. Unlike many other similar properties there were very few restrictions on where we could walk and the resident dog even accompanied us on our walks. Little touches like fresh milk rather than long...

Stayed here in September 2013 with a couple of business colleagues who usually prefer to stay in bland places, for some reason. They were completely converted by the experience. Individual rooms in a family atmosphere, tasty breakfast and a relaxed atmosphere. Coach and Horses pub down the road for a great evening meal. We went cycling in the evening, hilly...

Alcott Farm is situated in the rolling countryside off the old Roman road approximately 30 minutes' drive from Birmingham city center. The main farm house has several guest rooms offering bed & breakfast. We stayed approximately three weeks in the separate, self-catering cottage which consisted a large bedroom, bathroom, and large lounge/kitchen. The cottage itself is actually part of a...

What a wonderful place Alcott Farm is, peaceful, idyllic and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she is a kind, warm person where service is central to everything she does. Ideal for a few days, week or even just the one night on business. Great pub just at the end of the road and plenty to...
