We stayed here for one night. The people were very friendly and accommodating, and the place has a lot of character. Beautiful views from the powered site area, reasonably equipped kitchen, okay showers. We also enjoyed the company of some other nice families and other travelers who were staying here. A very nice place, would highly recommend.

Even though the park was fully booked, it was late in the afternoon and they found us a beautiful spot we could park our vans. Everyone was so friendly and gave us some great recommendations to visit on our drive the next day ! Thanks guys !!

What can I say - wonderfully helpful on the phone, finding rooms for us on a busy weekend, very friendly place to stay with adequate facilities - feels a very relaxed place to stay at a good price. Would recommend it to anyone heading North although either take your own food or go into Rawene before 8pm as most things...

We arrived late on Easter Friday and the owners could not have been more accommodating. They have a newly made area with a cool, rustic camp kitchen which was perfect for what we needed. The owners and their family made us feel very welcome - this is certainly a place my sons and I would definitely go back to -...

We stayed for 3 nights in February, Cherry, And her family made us feel most welcome and nothing was to much trouble. We stayed in a cabin, which had the best King size bed. We were facing the Hokianga Harbour, the sunsets are the best. The Park is very tidy and the amenities block was spotless. The little town of...

What an awesome place to stay to access the Hokianga. Scenery was amazing, accomodation low cost and decent . pizza oven makes for an easy meal... and fantastic hosts who made sure we were happy . They are fantastic! I had 21 seventeen year olds with me on a school trip and this holiday park was perfect!

We spent a couple of nights here and could have honestly spent a week more. The owners of the park were extremely accomodating and friendly with plenty of laughs and chats. Amazing scenery! There are so many great places within a short drive and the local shops are perfect for breakfast on the water.

We intended to stay only one night but found the town and its people charming so stayed on longer. The campground is family run and since they have been there it's obvious how much they have improved the amenities. Nothing is too much trouble for Cherry and the other family members and they are very hospitable. They are new to...

This holiday park is not very big and therefore nice and quite. We stayed in one of the cabins and they were clean with good supplies, like linen, cutlery, small kitchenette, water boiler etc etc. In the main building there are the toilets and more cooking facilities. From our cabin we had a great view of the bay.

Stayed here in a campervan - powered sites ideally located by pool and amenities with an awesome view. It's a lovely leafy site with pitches nicely divided by vegetation and a variety of cabins too. The family who run the site are so helpful and friendly, and are evidently making improvements all over the site, but what facilities there are...
