Fantastic place to take the kids and have a relaxing holiday. We had 9 days of snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and enjoying cook island lifestyle. Friendly staff especially at the activity hut. Resort is in island style so dont expect a sydney 5 star hotel. Its clean and comfortable with everything you need. Kids club was loved by the kids with...

Our family of 4 recently visited the beautiful Cook Islands and stayed at the Rarotongan Beach Resort and Spa. Writing this review, I've got mixed feelings. The location was stunning - right on the beautiful Aroa beach. Amazing, safe snorkelling right out the front of the hotel. Our days were spent on the beach, the kids swimming and snorkelling, and...

This resort is in a great location and the Northern End of the beach has some of the best snorkeling on the island, the pools are great and clean but unfortunately the service for the Bar, restaurant is very, very slow. the food is shocking, just from the preparation to the content and overcooked or sparse. Room service was terrible...

Stayed in a deluxe beachside unit for a week in early September. In the 100 block. Serviced promptly and to a good standard by friendly housemaid every morning. Spa bath looked good. Didn't use it preferring the 2 showers and the lagoon. Air conditioning was quiet and worked well. Don't know if we had a DVD player or not. Did...

We met some very friendly and welcoming staff. Had a great time with plenty to do. Have started planning for a trip with the kids. The night snorkelling and bingo are a must do. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good location to various markets and external activities.

A lot of people have trashed this place and some of the comments may be valid. Yes it is need of some TLC and is obviously past its hey day. Yep, room cleaning was being done at around 4.30 pm and service could be slow. No, the breakfast buffet wasn't a 5 star gourmet bacon, grilled tomato and eggs five...

Unfortunately since our last visit this resort is definitely looking a little tired. The service was not great and the resort itself needs a makeover. Compared to our last visit which we loved this time there was no live entertainment, no Island night, and we had to upgrade our room as the first one we got just was not up...

I booked the hotel via Agoda, but just a few days before I arrived, I saw all the 1-2 stars comment on TripAdvisor, it got me thinking whether I have made the right choice of staying at this hotel! I did have a pretty bad experience with their email response (1 email replied but none after 6 follow up emails...

We stayed at the resort for 10 days in late Sept 16. We are a family of 4 kids aged 14 and 11. The setting is amazing, beautiful beach and best snorkling on the island. The pool area is really nice. We had a beachfront studio room which was cramped with 4 but could expect that. The rooms are tired...

By reading this, you have already used too much time on this hotel. This must be one of the most terrible hotels I ever stayed at. Just a small list of all the problems: Paper thin walls NONE service what so ever: you will be waiting 45-60min for small lunch and wont get watter etc. As ordered before. Bad cleaning...
