there is no power in the city and this hotel's generator broke down. they have no spare parts available to repair the god damn generator. there were no electricity for 4 hours. instead of a relaxing stay turned into a struggle.

The place is located in the middle of the highway. parking is limited. Repairs are in the works so expect sleepless nights when you check in here because of the smell and the noise from the repairs. Front desk was very unprofessional and the room needs to be modernized. Will not stay here again

The hotel is not the usual luxurious hotel one can bask for but it is a practical travelling haven. The hotel is along the highway and very easy to locate. The location itself is near to major establishments. Amenity wise, the hotel is okay. Wifi is strong even in rooms and its for FREE. Aircon blasts a very cold air,...

Its main door too is not that labeled with a welcome or even hotel name so you have to ask the people outside which is one. Checked-in just to take a rest and good thing they accommodated me even it is rush because the hotel...

Location is good, I love the overall design inside too. Shower is dirty, there are old soap marks on the glass partition, A/C turns off (it doesnt really get cool as well) after a few hours, wifi not working, the spiral stairs going down to the parking is rusty. We stayed here cos we were too tired to travel back...

It's been so long since I was here. I've noticed that they renovated the front desk, and the staff told me that they fixed the rooms as well. I forgot to make a reservation but luckily there was a room available for us. We were placed at Room 2, then Room 3 the next night. I was happy that they...

Untrained and unaccomodating staffs. POOR SERVICE! This hotel needs upgrade. The ceiling needs repair. Broken door locks. No elevator. No vault and electronic hotel door locks. Unsafe hotel to stay. Hotel towels are not white anymore. Bring your own towel. Parking is located at the basement. You need to use the fire exit stairs to enter the hotel.
