The hotel is lacking many amenities of other all-inclusives we've been too. Not much to do on this property other than swim in the pool, enjoy the sea, and eat food. The room was decent but not spectacular and a bit dated. The TV had...More

We can highly recommend! Clean room, amazing foods, great activities in the hotel like zumba or aerobics, beach party, acrobatic dance show...nice staff! Good mojito👌🏻👌🏻The hotel offers discount for many sport activities and spa treatments!
Never been to Aruba before. That hotel was one of not so many all-Inclusive hotels in Aruba. Was highly recommended on other websites. I expected much more for the money we paid. First, the food was ok, no complains there. The service in the restaurants...More
Hotel staff were all very friendly and efficient. There is never a long line for bar service anywhere.
The food in all the restaurants are great, however, their food labelling in the buffet or a la carts are all very vague. It would say the...More

We did a Jeep Tour with De Palma tours. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend. We were able to book it thru our hotel concierge services. Pricing was not too high in my opinion for the time spent on the tour.

Stayed in Sept 2017 at a Junior Suite and it was good. There is a good video on YouTube by a previous resident which shows the room décor which was the same when I visited. The food is very good and certainly on a par if not better than the 3 themed restaurants. This was first stay so can't comment on what's been updated.

You have to get up early (try between 6-6:15) and down by the beach to "reserve" a palapa. You just ask the resort employee (usually in a red shirt) to bring chairs to the palapa of your choice, then throw your pool/beach towels on them, and fold down the back so they don't blow away. It's sort of the "universal sign" that those chairs are taken. The beach is safe, I've left my belongings on the chairs for hours (whilst in the sea or the pool, etc.) and no one bothers your stuff.
