Aruba is fantastic and the boardwalk hotel is a gem! I love to go there and spend family time... walking distance from the beach - 1 block! They have their beach huts and towels in the best spot - between Marriott and... More
I have difficulty with back issues. I use a folding walker if I have to go more than about 100 feet. Is the walkway to the beach from the casitas very far? I see 3 MINUTES, but that won't be me! Is there a paved walkway to the beach area for the Little Hotel? Is there a ROAD that my husband could drive me down to the beach area, and then return the car to the casita and then walk down to me and the beach? Also, are the Casitas attached or are the each stand alone? I cannot tell by the photos. And IF they are attached, are they all on the ground floor or are there upstairs Casitas? Wish there were some photos from a distance to see the whole layout. Thanks so much for your help and info!! Marilyn (We are waiting to see what the airlines will do as far as allowing us to use the miles we paid for and add on the extra cost of rebooking to Aruba instead of Virgin Gorda. They are SO busy at the airlines trying to reschedule everyone who had plans broken. Our heart goes out to all those islands and the work the have ahead of them. We wish them all the best!)

It depends on how you think too far is to walk. I would think at least a fifteen minute walk. Each way, I would not want to do it. We bought some cereal, milk and bread and had breakfast in every morning. We had a morning... More
