We stayed at Dolly for a weekend last summer & were so impressed that we came back for longer this year! Dolly is amazing, she's comfy, quirky & has everything you could possibly need (even homemade cake on arrival) Huw is a fantastic host, telling us everything we need to know about the local area, from cheese farms to beaches...

We spent 8 nights here and have just returned after one of the best holidays ever. Firstly the accommodation - a log cabin set amongst trees on a peaceful and friendly site. It is a good quality holiday home - remember this is not on any mains gas so cooking etc is on electric - don't expect to be able...

Our regular luxurious retreat from the busy world. Once again the hospitality is outstanding, the accommodation really is 5 star. We were welcomed with a fresh cafetiere of coffee & chocolate cake. Breakfast was superb, with local produce. The accommodation is to a very high standard. The area is quiet & verdant, so peaceful - with just the occasional sound...

This location offers a choice of staying locations and distinctive styles within beautiful and extensive grounds amid rolling scenery and rural quietness - a perfect escape from the relentless hubbub of the outside world. We stayed for one night in the bed and breakfast. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome. The bedroom was immaculate and, like the...

Caban Cwtch is a great cabin/lodge to use to explore this part of Wales. I did a fair bit of research before I booked this place and I'm glad we stayed there. It is a really quirky wooden cabin in a fantastic location. Like all places there are some positives and some things you have to take into account to...

We had a lovely stay in Dolly the Circus Wagon. Dolly is just perfect for somewhere unusual to stay while exploring a lovely part of Wales. Located on the edge of beautiful woods with walks down to the lake and plenty of seats to relax and take in the views. Only a mile or so away from the main road,...

This is a review of Caban Cwtch, as it doesn't have it's own TripAdvisor entry. The position of the cabin is perfect, surrounded by mature trees and on the edge of the holiday village, so it was quiet and peaceful. The cabin itself looks very good outside and has some nice decor inside. However, it has been poorly looked after,...

Horrified by this review...if there is a problem at the cabin we do ask by e mail before arrival and on the notice on the wall of the cabin to contact us if guests have problems and we will do our level best to sort them out quickly and efficiently. there was a problem with the fridge...the previous occupants had...

We stayed two nights on a Groupon offer, on B&B in the main house, which must be one of the best ever. The property is well located not far off the West Wales main coast road, down a narrow lane. It is immaculate, with exceptional interior design (the owners are designers and it shows). The room was large and comfortable,...

The best B&B I've ever stayed in. Clean and comfortable accommodation, delicious meals and a location in some of the UK's most unspoilt countryside. Huw is the perfect host with an eye for detail and a real commitment to making his guests' stay as relaxing as possible. Handy for Cardigan Bay and other local beauty spots.

Dolly the circus waggon in Ffynnon Fendigaid is the most peaceful place to stay. It is compact and cosy and has all you need for a self catering holiday. The grounds are amazing and it is close to some of the most lovely beaches and coastline that's of you tear yourself away from Dolly!
