We visited the hotel for four nights - although weary the hotel has just opened we are loyal spg/Marriott members and enjoy celebrating special occasions as st. Regis resorts. Our room was amazing- we had an oceanfront suite on the fifth floor with butler service to bring morning coffee or arrange any dinner reservations or activities. The only con about our room was the lack of towel hooks to hang our bath towels after showering. We had breakfast and lunch on the beach daily. The service and food were both up to par. We’re not high maintenance but other guests definitely voiced some frustration for beach service -more servers and attendants will likely be needed especially once the residences are occupied with guests. We ate dinner at BLT steak and food was up to NYC steakhouse standards. Our waiter did ask for our food order prior to asking for cocktails or drinks so we did feel a bit out of order when she came back for our drink order. The beach and pools- the beach is calm and perfect as expected for an island. On Saturday we did have to wait for beach chairs to open up as many guests put a book down and returned later in the day. More chairs and servers are probably needed as the resort fills its occupancy. We ate other dinners outside the resort. While st George is a short walk or cab ride away, a second restaurant with island flare or seafood for dinner on site would do well, especially to attract guests for longer stays.

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at the St. Regis Bermuda Resort. As expected, the facilities were top-notch, the service was as good as it gets and our dining experiences (on-site restaurants, bars, and room service) were excellent. The property offers a wonderful beach area with great beverage and foodservice - very prompt and accommodating for us. The staff deserves special acknowledgment - every single member of the staff was professional and provided immediate attention to any and everything we requested from them. Pool and beach service was quick, friendly, and most importantly, accurate. The room service was prompt and excellent. The front-end staff was exceptionally friendly and their enthusiasm was genuine. The staff truly appeared to be in a great mood all the time and that really did set the tone for our stay with them Thank you to the St. Regis Bermuda Resort staff for providing us a wonderfully relaxing a stress-free time. We will be back! The Roberts

My wife and I came to St. Regis Bermuda for a 5 day getaway. Being a Marriott Rewards Member, I am a frequent traveler to Marriott's around the world. I cannot say enough about the Staff and service at St. Regis, Bermuda! From check- in staff, pool and beach attendants, lobby and bar staff, everyone knew our names and fulfilled every request immediately. The concierge staff was amazing and made all our reservations from dinners to spa treatments to taxi services without flaw! Staff that went above and beyond: Cole, Front Desk. Abraham (Marriott Ambassador) & Stefan, Pool Bar. Teddy, Beach Service and Kazim, Lobby Bar. Everyone was so polite, friendly and accommodating! The grounds were beautiful, beach awesome, pool lovely and the rooms were very nice and clean! While this was great, it is the friendliness of the staff and residents that will bring us back We will be recommending this site to all our friends and family and we hope to be returning soon!

We met a few very nice employees at the St. Regis. Special thanks to Nelson, the bellman who held our luggage and brought it directly to the room, while we were enjoying the beach and pool, since we arrived at 10:30 am and the room was not ready until 1:30. Special thanks to Annzelle, who was a waitress at the lobby bar, off of the BLT restaurant, where we had some late night drinks on the outdoor balcony. She was so friendly and we really enjoyed talking to her.
