We visited Bermuda with the plan of staying at the Royal Palms with day trips to the beaches and exploring Hamilton. Unfortunately I hurt my knee the first night, just stepping off a step in an odd way. Theresa was kind enough to find a way to get some crutches for me from the Red Cross and hand deliver them. By then, it had become more clear that I was not going to be able to navigate much walking at all, and would be better suited to be on a beach resort for the remainder of my stay in Bermuda. Not only did she make recommendations, but also called the manager of the other hotel and arrange the remainder of our stay in Bermuda. This was "above and beyond" our expectations obviously. We will always remember her for her kindness and understanding of the situation. In addition., the restaurant at The Royal Palms (Ascot's) is outstanding. We went there for both lunch and dinner and found the staff to be inviting, informed, and accommodating and the food was excellent. Definitely the best we had in Bermuda. The tuna and prosciutto appetizer was delicious and fresh. I would definitely return!

I stayed at the Royal Palms for 2 weeks and loved every moment there. The hotel is gorgeous, clean and full of the most wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. The restaurant, Ascots, is definitely worth going to as the food is amazing. Short walk into Hamilton and very easy to get around from the hotel. Truly cannot recommend this place enough. You will love it!

An overall incredible hospitality right from the time we decided to stay at RP get in touch with the reservations till our check-out. A big shout out for Ms. Theresa for arranging scrumptious strawberries with a champagne exactly we asked for. Everything was perfect and immaculate. The early check-in process was smooth even under covid situation. The requests have been well taken care. Room was spot on. All the covid protocols have been raised upto the standards. Hats off to the team for making our wedding day special. I would really recommend to anyone who would love to stay in Hamilton and easy commute to shops, sightseeing and grocery stores. A must try their restaurant ASCOT's which is on the property and service their is top notch fine dining. Thanks once again. Unfortunately i couldn't able to take photos of room and the amenities but loved everything.

We went to Bermuda in Nov. 2020 because my husband was very high risk and Bermuda had an excellent Covid-19 record. We took maximum precautions getting there on the short flight and ended up staying 9 weeks. Five weeks were at the Royal Palms and I cannot say enough about the people who manage this hotel. They constantly went out of their way to make us feel at home, yet applied the highest standards of sanitization and social distancing. Our room was lovely, with an (albeit) tiny kitchen, sitting room, furnished porch in a quiet section of the garden. We even had an outdoor patio dining set for lunches on the warmer days. Downtown was an easy walk (it did have one hill) but the neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We dined (a lot) at the restaurant Ascots on the same property and it was excellent. We were very lucky with the weather for the whole 9 weeks. We highly recommend this hotel.

Dear eil34, What a delight it was to host you last year which just feels like yesterday; we're very grateful you chose to stay with us. It's great to hear you enjoyed the layout of the one bedroom Deluxe Suite providing a separate sitting room and kitchenette. The patio space is ideal for early morning coffee and late evening cocktails. Our staff are some of the best in hospitality so thank you for mentioning their service. Thank you for recommending us and we hope to welcome you again and of course Layla!! Kind regards, Theresa Harney-Zuill
