This is my second stay here at Bajan Cottages and as a returning Citizen will be my go to place now. The cottages are right on the sandy beaches of Carlisle Bay. They are well equipped and Austin is a wonderful host. The bedrooms are airconditioned for a comfortable sleep in the heat. You are steps away from the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook or there is also a BBQ if you fancy a bit of a lime. Early wslks on the beach or lazy days. Several walkable bars and resturants and your on the coast road so almost anywhere is accessable. If it rains, as it does sometimes. Even this is fascinating to watch as the clouds walk over the horizon towards the beach like a curtain you could be standing in a downpour or perfectly dry! T h ese cottages are great for couples and families just discus your needs with Austin.

My husband and myself stayed in the 2 bedroom Grape Tree Cottage for the month of March. The cottage was excellent . It had everything that we could wish for. Lots of utensils. towels etc. There was a separate Laundry room with free access. The cottage had an enclosed porch which looked directly onto the water and yachts. It was only a couple of minutes walk to the sandy beach. There were 2 Beach Chairs that we used every day. The small restaurant called Coffys directly across the street had very affordable , tasty meals for take out or sit in. Austin Atwell the owner of the 7 cottages was the most helpful, thoughtful gentleman. The day that we left I forgot my walking stick. Austen found it and drove all the way to the Airport and handed it into Air Canada for me..

We have stayed at upper sea mist for the third time. We love it. Best place in the world.economical and convenient location. This is one to check out. Sunsets right off the back porch, even when you are inside you don't feel like you are missing any of your stay. Snorkeling to the ship wrecks, turtles all around that area. Local freedom while privacy galore.

We had a really great time here at Bajan Beach Cottages. The cottage is well equipped and clean. The location is stunning. The beach is definitely one of the best on the island. We would highly recommend this property! This is the view from the verandah. Thanks for a great vacation.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed with a large group at the Bajan Beach Cottages. Austin (The owner) is a great guy, and the cottages that are available are perfect for a week or longer. The location is amazing, the beach is basically yours all to yourself. It has all the amenities needed to make your stay run smoothly. I highly recommend and can't wait to return for a third time!

Location, location location, and what an architect, with so much glass it is really a vision. An amazing house/villa, and if you get the chance to stay here, grasp the chance, its a once in a lifetime chance. Try and go in the winter when the weather is guaranteed, as it made our holiday. Nothing but good things to say, we will be back.
