We were supposed to stay somewhere else, but when my cousin said she wasn't going to make it, I booked where I could afford to pay for it solo. She did end up coming tho, so we split the cost... which wasn't bad because again, I was prepared to cover the whole cost myself. You can pay in cash or...

Pirates has become our home away from home for our annual visits to Barbados for the BCQS Masters Squash Tournament. Lovely staff, clean, simple rooms with kitchenettes, perfect dipping pool, great breakfasts and the Happy Hour is the best way to meet up with fellow guests and chat about the day with a cold Banks or Rum & Coke in...

I arrived in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight and was checked-in without problems - the night receptionist was expecting me. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble for them. Hotel was very clean, choice at breakfast was good. Room was spacious and airy. Close (50 metres) to beach,...

Flight This was our seventh trip to Barbados, first time for a month stay. We flew to Toronto on Jan 31std in the afternoon arriving on time. We stayed at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel as usual and truly enjoyed our stay. It’s unfortunate that Terminal 3 restaurants where still closed down for renovations so we headed to Terminal 1 to...

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days before getting on cruise. It is small and a little old, but is kept very nice and the staff were great. Each room has a kitchenette so meals can be cooked, and a dining area. The pool felt cosy, in the courtyard surrounded by rooms and the outside bar/restaurant. Its location is...

We've just arrived back home after 2 weeks here. This was our 3rd time staying here and we're already planning to go back in November! When we checked in with Pat she remembered us from last year. We went for breakfast the next morning and Janet and Nadia also remembered us and explained as we are returning guests we get...

I have been to the Pirates Inn 16yrs ago and went back on Jan.16 to the 23, 2016. I felt at home away from home. The people are amazingly helpful and the Happy Hour crowd grows bigger each night and wonderful well experienced people who enjoy their winter time here. I like the fact that I get my own kitchen...

We stayed here previously and decided to stay again for a few days this summer. Un fortunately the stay had to be cut short due to a family funeral but as per usual, this hotel is a great bargain. Conveniently located a 5 min walk from the beach and close to local amenities...bank, local shopping plaza, 3 min walk with...

We travel to St Vincent regularly and need to transit through Barbados. We have stayed in quite a few hotels overnight but will use Pirates Inn as a first choice when in transit or when shopping in Barbados. Lots of other residents who appeared to be regulars. Good value for money.

I visited Pirate's Inn on a stay-cation with my family this past summer. The hotel is perfect if you're looking for budget accommodation, with very low frills. It's clean and safe. The bar/restaurant facilities are quite slow but the food is worth the wait, and the staff are very friendly. The pool is a plus. Overall, I'd say good value...
