The room is as beautiful as on the pictures, at an unbeatable location, it is clean, has the necessary amenities and the price is good for what you get.. It would be perfect, were it not for.... the VERY LOUD music at night.. it's not just the loud music and the off key singing of the visitors but the intense and repetitive vibrating of the bass on the window, bed and floor at 11 pm when you're trying to sleep. Contrary to another traveller's review, I HAD been warned, both from the review as by the check-in clerk that there would be music, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. I would imagine that a hotel that has taken so much care in its design would at least have taken the precaution of placing triple or quadruple glass for the windows if they're planning to actually continue receiving guests as well as continue playing music this loud. Pity of an otherwise well pretty and comfy room.

We were greeted by the most pleasant, enthusiastic and friendliest check-in personnel, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is centrally located, and we were told they are working on a sign to make it easier to spot. The room was nice and tastefully decorated. One minor issue was mosquitoes, which is seasonal. We would definitely stay again. My compliments to the staff.

This is one of the worst hotels I stayed at in my life, and I can say we travel a lot.

1. Friday/Saturday we were made aware of the noise of the restaurant below till about midnight / 1am, but not that it would be hardhouse with the speakers directly under the bedroom. The music went on till 2am and it was like the house party was in our room.

2. The toilet was dirty

3. TV did not work

4. The Sea View was construction site view instead.

The only positive thing was that we could leave our big back with the hotel for a week whilst we travelled to Curaçao.

This hotel should not be rented to anyone on Friday/Saturday because of the music - a total disaster

We were dropped off and we told to make our way with dive gear through the dusty construction zone. No sidewalk and no one to greet us or check us in for over 2 hours. Cheap price means cheap service… lost our money but moved to the Marriott. We loved the rest of our stay in Bonaire!!!!!

This place seems great on the surface but there are several major deal breakers. This hotel is located directly above (and attached) to a club which plays extremely loud music until midnight every night. Literally BLASTING. You CANNOT sleep. Your room is literally right next to a band or DJ that plays. Nowhere on the website do they warn you about this. It legit feels like you are staying in a college party hostel. Even worse, at night they lock off the main entrance to the hotel and force you to go through the back stage of the club to even get out of the hotel. It is bizarre. It feels like you are being trapped in the hotel. Also, construction is currently going on throughout the small hotel and they start at 7am. 7AM. The LOUDEST construction. And it goes on all day long. So not only could we not sleep at night from the music (I can’t overstate how loud it reverberates through your room and throughout the hallways and the entire hotel), you also can’t sleep in the morning. What a terrible experience. No one is at the hotel front desk most of the time, so there’s really no one to help you either. The rooms were fine and location was good but I feel so upset with how misleading the website was. Again, NO MENTION OF THE RACOUS MUSIC EVERY NIGHT. If you want to feel like you’re in a hostel, stay here!

Fantastic hotel we went just for a week end it was absolutely perfect:
1. The service was great from the Booking till the départure thank you so much Angèle & Gaby you are very professional.
2. The room was a suite N° 106 very clean with a view on the sea and west so for the sunset don't move just stay lying on the bed and enjoy......
3. The location is perfect in the center of the main city.....
4. There is a restaurant " La Terrazza" very good with a great concept and they treat you like a friend not just like a client ( see the comment on thereT.A°
Conclusion : I recommend highly these hotel and I will probably come back.

The location is perfect. It is in the heart of Kralendijk. There is a restaurant (Terrazza) on the hotel main floor. It is a popular restaurant but if you are staying at the hotel they reserve tables for hotel customers.

My room was large and the furniture was in like-new condition. The room has a large screen TV with many cable channels and if you have a Netflix account the TV has a Netflix app so you can stream anything from Netflix. It also had a refrigerator, sink and dishes and silverware for two.

My room was kept spotless. The owner was very friendly, he always made a point to greet and talk to customers. He actually gave me a free beer after I checked out while I was waiting for my taxi to bring me to the airport.
