It looks like it's missing the usual address stuff on the front -- the abbreviation for "hypertext transport protocol", the colon, the double backslashes, and the abbreviation for "world wide web" (unfortunately the answer bot blocks any answer that looks like it contains a link so I've had to list the pieces individually!). Hopefully the manager will see this and get the tech guys to fix the link in the posting.
