Located right between Central Havana and Old Havana. This hotel on the square was worth going into and heading to the rooftop for wonderful views of the city. There are many taxis and much to walk and see in this area.

A great old hotel in the middle of Havana. This hotel is old as expected but still has that feeling of old school grandeur and is not totally falling apart, which is amazing for its age! The rooftop bar is a fantastic place to chill and have a drink ,with one of the best views of the city. The staff...

The bar is located at the rooftop of one of the main hotels in the very center of Havana. Although it is a popular hotel, it was surprising that the bar was never crowded and we could easily find tables. The view to the square and to Capitolio is very nice, especially at sunset.  The prices are surprisingly low (cocktails...

Hotel Inglaterra The hotel dates back to the year 1875 when I am sure it was an amazing hotel with superb architecture and high ornate ceilings. The internal and external condition is reasonably well kept compared to many buildings close by. It is conveniently located to Central Park (across the road), with a great view from a front facing veranda,...

We were staying at the Telegrafo next door but visited the roof top terrace late one afternoon. The atmosphere there is amazing and the staff are simply the best most cheerful and efficient people you will meet anywhere! The views both seated and looking out over the wall are stunning and this is a thoroughly pleasant place to be!

We thoroughly enjoyed the two nights that we stayed at this hotel. The hotel had been restored and our spacious room had been fully refurbished with an excellent bathroom. Our room overlooked the pedestrian mall at the side of the hotel so we didn't get much road noise. Although the rather loud music in the restaurant at the front of...

This hotel defiantly has charm, but is not aging well. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Expect to find a bit of mould in the showers. Staff were OK. Hotel is in a fantastic location. Rooms at the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy at night with constant traffic especially at weekends. Some rooms were 'inner rooms'...

Rooms - Had 4 nights at beginning of trip in room looking towards Havana Ballet building (Beautiful) at side of hotel. Comfortable bed. Room needed some updating but was not surprised in Havana. Good space for hanging clothes. Old and noisy air conditioning unit in window, which worked very well but was VERY noisy, would not have been able to...

Fantastic location in the middle of one of the main Havana squares. A little ramshackle--not all the light switches were entirely reassuring, windows and shutters a bit mix and match but what do you want? Beds were comfortable, the room very spacious and we always had hot water for the shower. Breakfast was a buffet style and good but not...
