So.....I had a not so good experience with a casa particular and was on the unexpected hunt for a temporary home. It was like a sign, there it was this nice looking MODERN building in the middle of Vedado.....I wandered in at 11pm and there stood Jo behind the desk! He assured me they had availability and then relief just...

Stayed here in October as part of a group tour of Cuba. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. the lobby area is small. This is a small boutiquish hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had a good view of the ocean and Malacon. The room was renovated and comfortable. It was small though. The mini-fridge...

I stayed here in an Intrepid tour group. My flight didn't arrive until late in the evening, and I wasn't there until the rest of the hotel guests had disappeared for the night. I had a nice visit here, the man who carried my luggage up and showed me my room was helpful and professional, I had a couple of...

The whole fourth floor is in vibration and noisy when the main air condition fan at the rooftop is running (which is 24/7). You won't be able to sleep. I told them about the noise and they weren't even surprised, they just told me about the fan at the rooftop, not willing to give me any discount. Unfortunately I had...

The last review here is April 2015 so maybe the hotel has been closed. This hotel is light and airy with modern furniture and furnishings. The bar area is quite small but adequate. Our room was a decent size, clean and modern with a safe and fridge. It is not far from the Hotel Nacionale (where we were originally booked)...

Stayed 2 nights... It was "decent" when compared to so many other locations. Its probably in the top 10%. There are better. Hotel NJ Capri is down the block but was $100 per night versus $50 at the Victoria. Breakfast is included and is "ok". Not outstanding- basic eggs, little ham/cheese, fruit, and bread. The rooms are comfortable but basic....

Basically tolerable but certainly not the 4 stars they have at the door. Not precisely a dump but acceptable. The hot water and TV work. Only Internet are 2 computers with no WiFi possible. Breakfast buffet is decent, and staff aren't quite as bad as other reviews indicate.

Unfortunately, we had to stay a night in this hotel because the Nacional Hotel stuck us and other guests in here when they had plumbing problems. This is the kind of hotel where the staff look embarrassed to work there! The reception area is now faded badly. Our room smelt REALLY bad. The sheets weren't clean and the bathroom was...

Cuba is beautiful, but overall a worn country. I did not expect much of the hotel. In general the acomodations and location were good , close to old Habana, Malecon and the Fort. The inside of the hotel does have some strange smells. Our mayor anoyance were the actitude given by some of the stuff. Everything we asked for like...
