We ate lunch here. The setting was great. It is an old hotel in a typical Havana neighborhood. The service was good. The chicken sandwich was good. The rum drinks were inexpensive. All in all, a good place to eat lunch.
We visited the hotel as a meeting point whilst looking around Havana the hotel lobby looks beautiful and cultural. We had a few drinks inside the hotel bar which was nice and friendly staff. We didn't stay there so not sure on the rooms etc...More

Some places further South and east were badly hit, and am not sure on recovery time, but Havana & Vinales are fine, and from what we heard Trinidad also.

The hotel has no car park. However our hotel room overlooked a small car park on the side road (Cuba) alongside the hotel. It is on the junction of Obispo and Cuba. There is a barrier and it is manned by an attendant, usually a young woman who sits in a cubicle.
I would guess the car park takes about 20-30 cars but I never saw it full up.
I would agree with everyone else's comments in that you don't need a car in the city, only if you are going further afield.
