We stayed just one night at this hotel after disembarking from our cruise ship on our way to Mexico. The room and bathroom were surprisingly large and quite clean. The shower was a bit tricky as the shower head affixed to the hose would not stay put. Another guest the next morning complained to me that he didn't have hot...

We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are clean enough , the rooms are old and dated. The hotel is located just outside Havana centre, so a short taxi ride. Most of the staff were helpful. Beware of the prices specially for cocktails, they will charge different prices depending who's working behind the bar. Beware of recommendations for restaurants....

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. We checked in very late (1am). The lady who checked us in was great and very helpful. The bell boy escorted us to our rooms and carried our luggage for us. Room was basic but comfortable. There were two big drawbacks - the showers were cold and we were woken every morning by...

I actually enjoyed the ambience of this hotel. It is true that the rooms are not luxurious but they are clean and roomy and the air conditioning worked very well. I am a frequent traveller in Central America and so did find this hotel any less comfortable than many I have stayed in before. I am not a fan of...

Stayed there for 3 nights in a room of 110$ approximately. The only place i can compare this 'hotel' is with some rooms i once stayed in Rishikesh India for 5$ per day and STILL its worse.. It was clean ,surprisingly clean i d say or maybe my expectations when i saw the room were very low.Still the staff did...

The room was clean and comfortable clean towels every day but the staff were not happy and very rude at breakfast they should have had a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN because they certainly did not want to give you a cup of tea. If you spoke in Spanish they just ignored you except for the two porters and the cleaner....

I previously stayed here in Oct. 2015. I would have rated it 3 or 4 but barely a 2 today. Bed cover dirty. Towels smelled like cleaned in toilet.. Run out of TP asked front desk - told to find housekeeper. Then had to find the housekeeper that did my actual room. Window AC unit was very loud - take...

We made a booking on 2 February 2016 for one night, 11 April 2016. After travelling from London, we arrived at 9.30 p.m. and were told they had overbooked and we had been rebooked at an inferior 2 star hotel!! We had not received any advance warning and there were no options or compensation offered.

I went last week with three friends, like a girls trip. After all we had read about the hotels in Cuba we were expecting something terrible, and this place really exceeded our expectations. Positive: We booked two rooms, both with a LED TV, frigobar, air conditioning and two queen beds. The room and the bathroom were clean, the staff was...
