But the shower was great. And they allowed me to leave my backpack for the day and take a shower in another bathroom as my plane...

Casa Purpura was in a great location, 10-15 minute walk from Calle Obispo and many central places. The room was very small, but clean and had our basic needs. Ivette, who owns the casa, was not there, but her mother, Daisy, and other staff were very helpful and friendly. Margarita runs the casa (cooks, cleans, helps with everything you need),...

I got to Alechandro and Ivette at September 2008. We had the best time with them. On the first day Alechandro went with us all around the city and on the second Ivette took as to a tour around. The are both so nice and very smart. They knew a lot about our country and all the world without leaving...

In the center of new Havana, close to the see. Very nice and friendly people trying to run a hotel in an impossible conditions of Cuba. Have to mention Armando who took us in his car to a tour of Havana. We learnt a lot and enjoy his companionship.

To Malecon, it takes 5-10 min and to Casa de la Musica in Havana it takes 5 min. The place is quite safe place and you can find some park around...

We stayed with Yvette's family for 4 nights when we arrived in Havana and again for 2 nights at the end of our holiday. Yvette and Alenjandro were on vacation during our stay and we were looked after by her mother, father and other family members. The casa itself was clean and breakfast was lovely. Yvette's family were warm and...

We stayed there with a group of 5, and we loved the hospitality from Ivette and Alejandro. The rooms were clean, the street is safe and it was very convenient. We stayed there 5 years ago, but still missing the days we had over there and we are still in touch with Ivette and Alejandro..
