First of all, this hotel should cost about 60 USD (and not 120). Generally speaking, Havana hotels are overpriced and quality is very bad. There are not enough hotels and too much tourism. Room (605) was small and not cozy at all, but reasonably clean and functioning. There was tv with international stations and a small fridge. Bathroom was clean,...

The price and quality is quit not in balance. We have stayed in double room with view to street with mostly ruined buildings! Breakfast was awful and staff in top floor restaurant was not pleasant at all! Bar was very dirty! Staff at reception was much more helpful and warm! I will never stay in this hotel and will not...

It has a very convenient location but the rest is something else. We wanted to check in, all organized by our travel agency, it took ages... they phoned around etc and at the end of 30 minutes waiting there, we were told that alas, the floor where our room would have been is without electricity. However, they can assign us...

Hotel near the center. Friendly staff. Room was clean daily. The room had a window into the yard, still dark, the need to shine all day. Only one elevator with insufficient capacity. Breakfast with a good selection of dishes.

I was in Havana in March with my husband. Our room was comfortable. The TV had cable shows from Mexico. The staff was nice, and it was convenient to have breakfast, a small bar, and a restaurant for dinner one night. We left in the middle of the night for our plane, and since we wouldn't be there for breakfast,...

* Good location: a few minutes walk to Parque Central and thus walking distance of the shopping streets and many highlights of old Havana * My room was good and clean. The sink leaked a bit and the wallpaper in the bedroom was a bit old, but other than that: it was excellent. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable....

The rooms are dirty with broken furniture. My friends had to change rooms 3 times and the room is still not suitable. The staff is rude. There is nothing nice or even acceptable about this hotel. I knew it may be a little outdated but this ridiculous.

Dear Customer We are very sorry that did not come out satisfied staying at our hotel. His approach we will consider but not the generality of the opinions of our customers.

I would recommend that you stay in a Casa and not this hotel. Nothing was particularly wrong with this hotel, but it is quite old and run down. The only reason I could think of staying here was if you strictly want that hotel experience where you check in and don't have to interact with people. Otherwise, save your money...

Dear Customer We want to answer your opinion on Tripadvisor we tell our rooms are all standars, the hotel does not have superior rooms, it is a modest hotel and on the dimensions of the rooms nothing we can do. He says moisture in the bathroom and this surprises us, because all the bath rooms were recently repaired, just as...

My room (510) was tiny, noisy, dark, had twin beds, overlooked an alley only 3' feet wide and had water dripping from the ceiling. By contrast, my friends room was slightly larger and had a balcony overlooking the ocean. Both rooms are the same price! My friend complained loudly and moved rooms twice in order to obtain a good room....
