Nice rooms and central location. Be aware that at breakfast most things on the menu will not be available! Rooftop bar has good views, but would not recommend the food. staff generally helpful but safe didn't work in our room.

We stayed at the Hotel Armadores de Santander, La Habana for three nights during our round trip in Cuba January-February 2017. We had a room (314) at 3rd floor with direct exit to the amazing terrazzo with an incredible view over the La Habana water front. The room had a special old style atmosphere with plenty of space and a...

Buildings joined together with some staircases going to some floors then walk along a corridor to another staircase to get to other floors. The floors are swept not washed, so never really clean in the room. Service is fine, breakfast is included and is ample. Our room was two at some stage in it's existence- large room with 2 separate...

For Cuba, this hotel tries hard and staff have a great attitude. They are trying to serve. Rooms are fine and you simply have to use the Terrace. It has great views over the harbour and, importantly for Cuba, it picks up the wifi. (Wifi in Cuba is single network and there are few hotspots) Good bar downstairs as well...

Hotel overlooking the water in Old Havana. Slightly dated rooms but is quite common in Cuba, they were clean and spacious rooms though. Hotel does not change money so bear that in mind as currency exchange outlets usually have long queues.

We loved our stay in this hotel. It is centrally located and really authentic. The staff at the reception is very nice and friendly. The room was big and the bed was good. The breakfast was good, although on some days there was not many to chose.

Just wandering around Old Havana, fancied a spot of lunch, walked by this place and thought why not? The concierge recommended the rooftop mezzanine and took us personally up there. So far, very encouraging. However from that moment on is another story. The view is fine especially having the Russian Orthodox Church next door with its beautiful domes. We ordered...

We stayed here for one week, ask for a room with a view on the harbour. Rooms are clean and the atmosphere is magic. Personnel is helpful and the position is perfect for walking an living Old Havana like a local. All major landmarks are walking distance.

The hotel is overlooking the old, dirty, neglected harbour part of Old Havana. On the other side is a petrol refinery that emits a huge plume of black smoke ; with the wind in the right direction, you can smell it. But it is only a short and easy walk to the "better" part of Old Havana (few blocks walk...
