We arrived at the Saratoga, and checked in. Our room 210 did not have a window despite its high price of over 500USD! It was also badly planned, and cold. We stayed in the room to recover from the Star Flyer Cruise experience. We went to the cocktail bar for drinks. No Bombay Sapphire, no decent Whisky other than Macallens...

The Hotel is very famous. In fact, though, service is a little patchy, and the rooms slightly small and dated - even the suites. The roof top pool is terrific, although drink selection is a little limited. The position in Havana is very good

I would rate this hotel near the level of a Ritz-Carlton. My wife and I recently traveled to Havana in support of the Cuban people, and this hotel was perfectly located for the many cultural activities we participated in. It's definitely an "old world" hotel but with many modern features. We stayed on the second floor in an interior room,...

Such an excellent place. I loved my room, the pool on the roof and the view from it. Though the water was cold, had a good time by the pool. The location is also great. The stuff is very friendly and helpful

Stayed here twice on a recent trip. Rooms we had were very good, large, good bathrooms, city views and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast and generally helpful staff. All of Old Havana is within easy walking distance. And after a day of walking, you can relax in the roof top pool.

We (my wife and two children) stopped for the first four nights of our 2 week Cuban holiday at the Saratoga. The location is ideally situated to explore pretty much all of the attractions, and is conveniently close to Old Havana. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable and wifi is free and available throughout the hotel. The staff...

This is one of a few five star hotels in Havana . The rooms were well appointed however we were on the second floor facing the road and they were very noisy! The children loved the roof top pool but the breakfasts were terrible . The staff were friendly but Havana will. Red to improve on their level of service if...

This hotel has done a great with the resources they have in Havana of staying beautiful. The staff was great. Location is amazing. Rooms were very comfortable. Highlight is the bars and rooftop pool/drinks, where we hung out each day after touring around Old Havana. I would stay here again.

This was a very good choice, given the difficult environment of Havana. If you manage your expectations on conditions in the country, you would be very pleased here. The location is very important - central, within walking distance of significant historical locations and, more importantly, not out of town where a lot of the older tourist hotels are (that would...

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Havana. The location is absolutely perfect on one of the most beautiful streets in old Havana and the hotel has a beautiful roof top pool and bar with amazing views of the city. The rooms and hotel facilities are nice, and the lobby bar has great cigars and cocktails for putting your feet...
