I was evacuated to this hotel from Mayanabo in Playa Santa Lucia, on Monday Oct 3. Please remember that this review is about a hotel during the threat of hurricane Matthew, so things may not have been up to snuff. It is a 2-star hotel, at best. I found the room to be small, with a faulty door which would...

A Russian style hotel which has seen its better days. Luckily we had a clean room, with a silent airco, sufficient water coming out of the shower, only the door was difficult to open. We had to turn the key and doorknob in all directions before we could enter our room. Breakfast buffet was ok, but their restaurant isn't inviting....

Although it has been paid hotel voucher, so I had to pay again for accommodation in cash. Nevertheless, the staff at the reception helpful. The room was clean, dysfunctional air conditioning. WiFi does not working. Hotel swimming pool and a restaurant crowded with residents of the city. A lot of noise. I do not recommend.

An 11 day trip through Cuba and this was certainly the lowest standard hotel. The rooms had paper thin walls and doors. It took a day to get a proper heated water stream in the shower, but it was all passable. You could see daylight around the noisy air conditioner. Nice open air corridors to get to the rooms. Best...

Lobby and reception look ok but after that it's grim. Poor bedrooms, poorly maintained, no bedside lights, poor bathrooms, air conditioning unit noisy. Breakfast terrible and long queues. Parade of prostitutes in bar at night. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Nothing special. Old fashioned hotel like many cubans. Don't expect too much so can get what you expected :-)) . The hotel is defenitely hosts groups , so many tourists are in the main saisons there. Rooms are clean, breakfast as usual. We didn't had problem

We stayed one night here as another government hotel turned us away because we did not have a reservation. The room was uninspiring but pretty clean and everything worked. Dinner at the restaurant was serviceable but not tasty. Be prepared to tip preventative lay for service. I asked the person at the desk for help booking our next stay at...

This is one of the big hotels built in the 80's. That makes it a little bit unpersonal. However for one night it was ok. Rooms were ok but could use some maintenance like in most of the Cuban hotels. It is not possible to walk to the city so you need to take a taxi.

This hotel seems popular with tourist groups, perhaps because it is one of the few, if only, tourist oriented hotels in Camaguay. That said, the hotel is architecturally a communist bloc-type of hotel. The rooms are nothing special; the beds were okay. The dining room is large and plain. The buffet breakfast was actually pretty varied, with a good selection...
