We had an amazing stay here with Roberto and Martha. So much so, we went back again at the end of our holiday for an extra night. They were friendly and helpful. They adjusted breakfast to suit a veggie and vegan, and Roberto's pancakes are amazing! It's a really short walk over 1 road to the most spectacular beach, in a quieter part of town without big hotels so you can have a whole stretch of beach to yourself! Friendly, clean and safe.

Wow, what a great location, right across from the beach, quiet and comfy with great hosts and delicious breakfasts. Was so wonderful to be away from the tourist crowds, we often had the beach to ourselves. Roberto, Martha and their son were very helpful and kind, we'd definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this casa. Roberto and Martha are the highlights of this place, and they are pleased to assist you in any way possible. Roberto arranged a taxi ride to Havana with an excellent driver (also called Roberto). He arranged for a visit to a casa in Centro Habana as well. Breakfast is fantastic. I can say without any hyperbole, that it was better than the breakfast served at the Hotel Inglaterra, and served with great humour and lots of interesting stories. Roberto gave me a little tour of Santa Marta, and personally drove me to the airport at the end of my visit. Another excellent casa is located next door, if Roberto's place is full. The beach is literally across the street. My room was spotlessly clean, and included all the amenties you could want or need (A/C, fan, television, books, outlets, etc.). Gracias otra vez, Roberto y Martha.

Well they did it again-hospital clean accomodations-food prepared to die for-hospitality to be found nowhere else in Varadero and now they have added their son Robert to the mix and he brings his refreshing views to the table along with chef and bartender inspired PEDRO!! Upon repeating myself do yourselve a favour and try the fine CASA of Roberto & Marta!!! over any resort stay.

Roberto - the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. He did not speak much english but he always tried he best. They made wonderful breakfast. When i broke a glass I told them I would pay for it but they did not charge us anything. The property was nice and clean. More over it was just 3 minutes aways from the wonderful beach of Varadero.

If you are looking for a casa particular in the Varadero beach area I would highly recommend Casa Roberto and Marta. The beach with its pristine waters is only a few meters away. Unlike in the resorts, staying in a casa has a lot more advantages when it comes to choices of food. Carribean, Creole, Italian, Chinese, just to name a few is a walking distance to these restaurants and paladares. If you wish to stay at home for breakfast, Roberto and Marta makes the best pancakes and omelettes along with fresh fruits, fresh fruit juices and coffee for just a few CUC's. Scrumptuous dinner of your choice is also served if you wish. They have three immaculate bedrooms each with their private entries, clean and modern bathrooms, very quiet air conditioners, and fridges stocked with bottled waters, sodas and beers at a cost. Looking for entertainment? It's just right across the house. They have a nightly show from 9pm to 11:30pm for a nice cold beer or coffee just before you go to bed. Staying at Roberto and Marta's casa along with their son Robert was the most memorable and fun time we've ever had. They are the genuine nicest hosts and they go over and beyond treating their guests very well. Roberto, Marta and Robert, thank you so much for having us. Until we meet again.

I will never stay in a resort again in Cuba after having spent almost 3 weeks at ´Roberto and Marta ‘s ´ Casa Particulaire. They are a wonderful couple, and their accommodations are moderne, charming, well-located and so so clean. You have your own little entrance, within a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs and Marta will willingly bring you a wonderful espresso first thing in morning if you want. They also serve a wonderful breakfast with Pancakes and real maple syrup that Roberto is so proud of - at a modest price. Also, if you order in advance, they will make you a superb lobster dinner. There are outdoor showers to wash off the sand from the beach , which is literally across the road. There are also beautiful bathrooms in each suite with modern showers. The outdoor shower facilities and clothes line are for après beach... their son Bobby will take you anywhere you need to be on his days off even Havana... He took us snorkelling with a friend of his and he enjoyed it as well. We are of course returning this year. A little note of warning!!! The resort hotel merely meters away has a nightly program which can be very loud between 9 pm and 11. We solved this by staying out a little later and then watching one of our many downloaded series or movies with earphones on.

Roberto and Martha are super friendly and helpful. Roberto is known for his "7 star omelette" and 5 star pancakes, and I can definitely confirm the breakfast is definitely worth it. The cases is on the west end of the main street on Varadero, far from the bigger all-inclusives and most of the restaurants. But it's right across the beach (takes 5 minutes to walk to the wonderful Varadero beach).

Only a few steps and you are at the beach. the rooms are very good and big enough. The air condition is very quite (not like in other casas where it was very loud). The bathroom responds to European Standards, it is new and very clean. The breakfast is very good. Roberto and Martha take care for their guests and organize for them everything they are asked, such as city guide or taxis. If I visit Varadero again, I know my casa already.
