I had have be in Cuba many times in differents places ,but for" the first time". Somebody in this hotel take money from my wallet. I make the mistake of leave my wallet outside of the secury box, but I did this before. Well, I learned that I have to be careful and don't trust that all Cuban are honest...

This is my 7th trip to Cuba and this resort is my least favorite. The elevators were scary as they are old and in rough shape. The halls were run down, the doors to rooms were not great. My door did not lock with deadbolt as it was missing and my patio door did not lock either. The food was...

Resort was nice and compact ( Not too big ), amenities were all close but we didn't have hot water all week, tiles were broken by pool, pool was closed one day, mold was present in our room. Food was mediocre and elevator broke on our first day there. I could go on, but seems to me I've said enough.

I stayed at this location with my 2 newly adulted sons May 7-15 2017. This hotel has okay service, rooms that are older, an amazing beach, many included activities, good food, great drinks and fantastic nightly live music in addition to the live resort show. The service was okay as no tip means poor service and tipping means you get...

I did not totally hate this place but I could not help that it was woefully worn out. The pool was missing many tiles. One elevator in my wing had broken down. The room was relatively clean but again it seemed rough around the edges. I was not impressed by the hotel food either. It was like eating in a...

Unfortunately it was the worst hotel I've ever been to. I mainly spend time away of the hotel when I go on holiday so don't really mind what the hotel is like but this one was very disappointing. Some lady has broke her leg when we were there because the staff don't wipe puddles next to the pool. Food was...

This was our third time in Cuba, beach was amazing but the resort needs to improve their housekeeping, in seven days we only had clean towels twice and had to keep asking for toilet paper and did not have hot water the entire week we were there. The other two couples that were with us did not have these problems...

We were there late June and left on Canada Day 2016. It was my wife and I (39 and 40) and we loved it. We loved it so much we are going back June 3 to 10, 2017. Great location, amazing beach, great food and perfect size. We are not there to complain about the tiles or fact that there...
