We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our trip around Cuba. The casa is only 2 minutes walk from the beach (and what a beach!) in an apartment block. Our room was separate from the rest of the casa with our own bathroom, balcony and fridge. We didn't get to meet Elisa and Pepe, instead we were... More

When we arrived we felt like home. The history of the house is amazing. It has the amenities that you need to hava a pleasant stay. The breakfast is really good and they will cook to your specifications. I recommend also having dinner there, because the lobster and pork is really awesome and at very good prices compared to varadero... More

This was definitely one of the best casas we've had on our trip through cuba. We just stayed for 2 nights but they where very good! The room is really clean and big, you've got a fridge an airconditioner and an balcony. The breakfast was also very good. The Casa is just about 100 meters away from the beach. The... More

Topcasa! Clean rooms. Clean house. Delicious food and perfect hosts. Pepe wasn't around due to circumstances but his son welcomed us with open arms. We learned a lot about Cuba from him and his mother Elisa. The culture, history, habits, food, politics and so much more. We only stayed for two nights but it was the best way to start... More

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here while visiting Varadero. Pepe and his son Joan were truly greats hosts (unfortunately, Elisa was sick so we did not get to meet her). The building is 2 blocks (3 minutes' walk) from the beautiful beach of Varadero. The ambiance of the neighborhood was nice and as expected since we wanted to... More

Great location on the peninsula. Very welcoming atmosphere. Our highlight was chatting with Pepe and Elisa. The conversations we had were the most memorable! The room was very clean and the big fridge was also great if you wanted to grocery chop in town. Don't expect a 5-star experience in a Casa. You are there for the experience of true... More

We have been staying with Elisa and Pepe coming and going out of Cuba for four years now. We have always used their casa as our arrival spot and our departure spot. It gives us a chance to relax after the flight into cuba before we head out into our month of exploring Cuba and it gives us a place... More

We stayed 2 times at the casa of Pepe and Elisa. It is a wonderful couple and the room is very clean and nice (best shower in Cuba as well). Pepe helped us getting a rental car, the breakfast is good, we had Cuba Libre and Sangria with them (and their family) and we even danced in the living room.... More

It was a true pleasure staying with Elisa and Pepe and the family. This truly is a marvellous family of knowledgeable, kind, and fun people who are all willing to share their vast insights into the workings of Cuban life. In this casa, you get a spacious room, good bathroom with hot water, a balcony with chairs, a closet, and... More
