Standards were surely lacking in this resort from the musty rooms, inconsistent air conditioning, cross contamination of foods to senior staff using up tables in the piano bar, dirty and broken curtains, ants in room, tired and worn out beds and couches it made for an unpleasant stay. Not sure why we had to tip for service as the cost...

This was a clean wonderful hotel. The people that serve her are friendly and helpful, lovely sence of humour too! Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms a bit dated. Food and dining room was great, lots and lots of variety. Bar tenders were friendly. The cleaning staff were so efficient and busy all the time. The activities and entertainment was good, but...

Just as all the other reviews I read about it before going, the Hotel is dated. My wife was a little taken aback when we first arrived , but as the days go on you acclimatize yourself to the lobby and the rooms. The grounds are very nice , the beach absolutely magnificent. The weather (on the first day was...

My friend and I (both in our 30s) went to the this resort together just recently. He had been there 3 times prior and I hadn't been to an all-inclusive resort in 20 years. At first I was VERY apprehensive about staying on a resort. All my apprehension was in vain. This property is to die for! The grounds are...

Let me just start off by saying we are a couple under 30 from Canada. (Most people who go seem to be much older.) We stayed for 7 days in the beginning of January. Overall the grounds and resort itself are pretty nice and pretty well kept. The building itself could use some updates but that's to be expected in...

I stayed here last week with two friends who had never been to Cuba before. We are all between 50 and 75 years old and stayed on the concerege level. I stayed one week, my friend stayed two. Great things about the resort are the cleanliness of the common areas, beach and grounds. The food is good compared to most...

My husband and I just got back from a week at this resort. It was our first time in Cuba. We found that most of the guests at the resort were from Canada. First off I have to say that we fell in love with the Cuban people...in our opinion, nicer than Mexico or anywhere else in the Caribbean...both in...
