This "hotel" is a disgrace.
The staff is mostly unhelpful and / or rude
The rooms are outdated, the water system is deficient (water goes from cold to boiling in a matter of 5 seconds - pleasant in a shower) and all taps leak.

The hotel is part of the Van der Valk chain of motels from Holland. They have mainly mediocre hotels, but this one must be their worst.

There is an option which worked for me. Across the Pontoon bridge you have the Reinassance Hotel which has a very nice artifical beach. For a fee you have access to it.
