Wow - where do I begin? As a frequent traveler, I always go out of my way to do research on the best hotels, restaurants and cultural haunts to ensure my vacation checks the boxes on comfort, relaxation and memorable experiences. This time I listened to the JetBlue rep who convinced me that the Hilton was "wonderful." I couldn't disagree...

Enjoyed my stay, it was very comfortable and clean. There was not very much English speaking employees but I enjoyed my stay. I particularly like the cove where the water is crystal clear. The food was good, however, there was a limited selection and almost the same things to choose from every day. Overall I will stay at this location...

The most important aspect of a hotel is its attention to their costumers, and its efficiency towards them. This hotel lacks both of them and a bit more. Now, I'm not saying all of the personnel was completely useless, there is always some light in the darkness that treated us like kings and went beyond duty. But the overall reality...

Dear Carlos S, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us on Trip Advisor. I was saddened to read that we failed to fully meet your expectations during your stay. I apologize if you have not received the attention you deserved and that if our food and beverage service was slow. We are definitely looking at ways of improving these...

We just returned from a few days at the Hilton in Curacao. I am a very loyal Hhonors member so was excited to see I could use my points (and a minimal amount...) in Curacao. I've highlighted the pros and cons of the property below. Pros: Check in was very easy and the people at the front desk were very...

Stayed at Hilton Dec 3 thru Dec 10 had a good time. The food was good, dinner was best. Waiters and staff are very professional, I liked Norman the best. They had entertainment two nights that was very good. It was my wife's birthday and they gave us a very nice dessert with a sparkling candle..

We are in the middle of our trip to Curacao, staying at the Hilton..here's the scoop The hotel is very old, that said the rooms, while not luxurious, are acceptable. The executive lounge is ok but not fancy. It is the only concierge lounge in the Caribbean if Hiltons website is correct. That said I am not impressed or disappointed...

I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Customer service was very poor. The hotel staff was rude and very slow with everything. Our worse Hilton experience in the last 15 years. Was not a relaxing carefree stay as hoped.

Curacao is nice. Not too hot in December But talking Hilton ! It is a beautiful location, super pool....great gym..... BUT that does not mean that quality is not important any more. ROOM RENOVATION is urgent.

The Hilton is very old with some rooms updated with new carpet etc. Our first room had some rust and mold but we were moved after the first night. Kelly, Aldrich and Petra were very helpful and treated us well. Beach is great including the Tiki Huts. Pool is great. Snorkeling is good. They need to move the shower so...

The hotel is okay. the bathroom is renovated but the rest is dated. Food at the restaurants is expansive but does taste as it cost. service is very slow and the activities that were advertised not done at all. The staff is trying to be helpful. beach is small and all the lounge chairs are blocked from early morning. Not...
