If you are going to have breakfast in the hotel probably best to book it in advance as part of your room rate, otherwise it is expensive. The restaurant that serves breakfast is not open for lunch or dinner, however, Captain Blighs bar, and the beach bar and grill serves lunch at a reasonable price for this level of hotel, and there is Cielo, serving Italian style food in the evening. There are also several evenings a week at the beach bar and grill, ie a steak night, a BBQ and a hamburger night. Service can be slow but that is often the case all over the island. There is a pizza place (Tomatoes) and the Pirate Bay restaurant where you can sit at tables on the beach, both of these are next to each other and about a 10 minute walk from the Hilton. The hotel runs 2 shuttles a day into Willemstad but none later in the evening. Taxis are readily available but pricey for the distance covered, for example, the 10 minute ride to Willemstad from the hotel will cost you US$15 and more at night. We stayed in October.
