It's the second time I visited this hotel and I must say I am very disappointed with the parking. It is listed under amenities that free parking is available. I have rented a car for 2 weeks during my holiday and was not able to park inside sometimes. There are only 4 parking spots. And what really blows my mind...

Dear guests, First of all I really want to apologize for this experience! The gated park facility is to small for the number of cars we have in times that the hotel is fully booked. We are working on that, But thats too late for you as our guests. And that the employees use the parking places is not going...

Great central location, very nice clean modern room, friendly and helpful staff and pleasant surroundings. Walking distance to the bus station and we found the local bus to be a great way to get around if you don't want to spend the money on car rentals and are happy to walk a little off the main roads. We also got...

Great hotel with lovely staff, right in the city centre of Willemstad. Spacious rooms with every needed comfort. There is a small garden pool, free to use 24 hours a day, which is a great plus. The breakfast is tasty and more than enough per person. Ine, the lobby Manager, can also contact you with great personal guides to lead...

Thank you very much for your kind and friendly review! We always try to do our best to make every vacation unforgettable for our guests. The Standardrooms are not located in the garden, they are all located in the small "tropical alley" . The profit of it is that it is cool in the rooms. and only a few meters...

Pls note that it seems that once a month an extremely loud night club sets up next door to the hotel on a Friday night. I was there for this. Should you find yourself in this position, pls be aware: 1. earplugs, which the owner says (see the review comment by the manager on 14 April 2012) they provide for...

First of all , I want to apologize for the bad experience with that "booming "night! I really can not explain why things went the way they did; We didn't act the right way. That's for sure. The positive thing is that you visit our hotel in September 2013, and you put the review on February 2014, but in December...

Pros: Good location, helpful and friendly staff. Good cost benefit. Our group booked three rooms, and they were very different from one another. One had a complete kitchen and huge balcony and one was a small regular room, but they were all nice. Cons: One of the rooms had a bad smell in the bathroom. Night watchmen wasn't very friendly....

Great accommodations. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the floating market downtown and an easy bus ride away from amazing beaches. Rooms have air conditioning and access to a gorgeous pool. The staff was extremely helpful with directions and maps. Rooms are minimalist, but no complaints!

Good place within very easy walking distance of all highlights of Willemstad. Nice, very clean and big room, good bathroom. Friendly and good service. Two things keep this from a 5: the room I was in looked onto a blind wall and was thus a bit dark, and while the hotel has a very nice garden and dipping pool it...

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights in March in an apartment facing the main patio/ courtyard area. I travelled as a single woman and was glad that I chose an apartment where I could cook meals instead of eating out every day. The rooms were very clean and had both fans and A/C. I was NEVER too hot....

Across from the floating market, on the edge of Scharloo/Waaigat, we stayed at this lovely little hotel. It has a small number of very comfortable rooms surrouding a small inner garden with flowers, trees and a small pool for relaxation. “Room 4 is a large, airy, bright studio apartment. At this writing, it is about to be renovated. Be extremely careful walking down the steps to the attached veranda when the porcelain tiles are wet! The manager has told me that on my complaint they will be applying anti-skid strips. We were told by long term temporary residents that the large, beautiful suites at the front of the main building can be too hot. I'd ask if the air con has been modernized.”
