Patios are small with regular chairs and small table. The cabanas are the way to go for chilling by the pool- they feel private enough and it’s nice when your butler brings cold water or cocktails- if you have a good Butler. Also, they will reserve you one early everyday. I had good luck getting one without our butlers help, and nobody poached it- the garden view isn’t terrible- even the pool view is more like garden anyway because you’re kinda set back away from the pool- you can see it, but not with any clear or close view if that makes sense. We had pool view, 3rd floor but If I had a choice, I’d do the ocean view- advise: lock up everything valuable every time you leave your room. All our phone chargers went missing- 4 of them. We had to buy chinsey ones at the gift shop for $18. Ea.

Sorry it took me too long to get back to you. From the airport to the resort, I noticed several vans that were parked at the curb. In our case, the travel agency that we arranged the trip with, coordinated everything.

The only restaurants not included are: Passion, an adults-only restaurant with a menu designed by Michelin stars award winner Martin Berasatagui and Palazzo, adults-only italian restaurant included. The last one will be included if you choose to book Royal Service. Regarding your question of the Royal Service, this is exclusivly offered in Paradisus Palma Real and their respective benefits and amenities can not be provided in other parts of the resort; however, the Reserve offers exclusive benefit to their guests aswell.
