Nice resort. Beds are very very firm. Waitress and waiters very gracious. Language barrier is a problem throughout resort. Beach is fabulous. We stayed at the V.I.P. Area and thought they would have top shelf liquor but they didn't. Should at least have absolute vodka...More

The rooms are not falling apart, this is my second trip, we did not see any signs of wear n tear, everything was crisp and clean. Now, we booked the king bed this trip, it was a true king and not two beds pushed together, and we had a sofabed. Last trip we had two double beds (separated) they must have different room set ups like anywhere else.

I'm here how and British. Im 35. You will love the beach. Night entertainment let's this hotel down badly. Is 3 star entertainment not 5. They say live music everyday then show. Live music is songs on a CD player out while kids and play on stage, not a live singer. Then every show is the entertainment team miming to something. Very amateur and show lasts only 40 minutes each night from 9.30. It really is boring. I can compare as yearly come to a 5 star hotel in Mexico or Caribbean. I suggest you go Cocco Bongo in Punta Cana one night. Then go down to Riu Bambu hotel in complex at night for the nightly entertainment as that's the lively party hotel. There is also a pasha disco on Carribbean street you can go to - just note drinks in here are not free so drink before you go then come out drink and then go back . I've not been in that yet.
