Terrible customer service. Since I got to the hotel, the front desk service was terrible. The person that received us wasn’t polite at all and he took almost an hour to check us in. We didn’t feel welcomed here. After all that time we go to our room and the room was a disaster. The bed sheets were dirty, the carpets were dirty, the restroom was dirty and the room smelled horrible. We got moved 3 times because of dirty rooms. The last one was OK. The service at the restaurants are terrible. Horrible customer service. The only descent place was the buffet. In my opinion this was a really bad experience, I will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel with very positive stuff! The food was very good quality, veryaty and delicious! The hotel territory is clean and very nice with big pool and good service. Especially I would like to thank JOSUE SANTOS night manager of the hotel for his professional skills and his friendliness. He gave us a lot of useful information, helped with accommodation and was very positive! Thanks for super vacation! PS The hotel is located near a famous beach Macao.

Very nice and clean place All the staff is very friendly Yendri & Alvin & Cristina & Edison & Heidy in the main member restaurant are an amazing team that easily become your family. Roodly & Angel & Polanco are out of this world with their assistance to you in everything. Came back and will come back for sure. Only comment is i feel awful for the staff that they are overdressed in such a hot weather. They should change the dress code to something still professional but that goes with weather and the vacation vibe.

My family and I have been staying in this hotel from the 21th of August. And it was terrific!!! Don’t come here! They do not care about their guests at all. Beach: It is awful 😢 they do not clean in from algi at all! And It smells the way that you cannot Even come and See the sea. I cannot believe that we had 13 hours flight to See this pile of algi which are rottening! Photos and videos added! Room: Bath does not work! We came we a small 7month old kid and he is afraid of shower . We have asked couple of times to fix this, the plumber comes, does nothing , goes away.the receptionist just tell that the are receptions and that they can do nothing with it! At least you can propose to change a room, which they do not do. There is another family in the next room, they did not have hot water for 2 days and just after the left bad review it was fixed. The tab does not work in the sink. A lot of corners are not cleaned properly! Service: During the breakfast, I have asked coffee 4 times , nobody brought. Finally my husband went and brought me coffee. That’s the time of Covid and they do not provide masks, they tell that they do not have it at the reception dest. À la carte restaurant: We went to Brazilian yesterday, it was ok. But again, when I asked coffee, just coffee, they told that there is no coffee. Food: OMG! They recook food all the time. What you had for dinner, you can see with another sauce for breakfast. I eat eggs, fruits and waffles all the time, it is difficult to find something to eat. But I must notice , yesterday they had seafood. I do not recommend this hotel! Avoid it!

As a customer-oriented company, the major focus states on the 100% satisfaction all the guests we host. Let us apogee for not meeting all your expectations, we are deeply sorry for any situation you have faced during your visit. We definitely consider your comments as a gift, as the feedback gives us the inspiration to make some positive changes driving us to excellence. I would like to inform you that all your comments in regards to the service and facilities have been carefully read by me. Each responsible department is now aware of the weak points that we can improve. Also, tools and suggestions have been given to each manager in charge to avoid any situation that resembles what you described. Let me emphasize that unfortunately, the phenomena of algae is not well studied and honestly unpredictable though our staff saily cleans the beach using special machines. Please note that in your room we provide each family with the safety kits that include two masks and sanitizing gel. And concerning drinks in the a la carte restaurants, our standard usually includes water, soft drinks, beer, and wine while you can enjoy coffee in the buffet and several bars around the resort. Finally, let us kindly ask you to approach to our Guest Service Manager at the Reception area in order to assist you with anything you might need. Hopefully, you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back and change the perception of Grand Sirenis with all the positive things we are constantly implementing. We have only been at a few all inclusive resorts (some very very small and others quite large). Grand Sirenis Punta Cana was right in the middle of size and it was perfect. We (husband and I) travelled with our two teenage daughters (13 & 15) and we had the family suite. Great extra room as each daughter was able to have their own bed and their own spaces (critical at that age). First, I want to mention the staff that we encountered - everyone was wonderful and so accommodating. From our concierge Francisco, to the staff in the beach club (Elvin, Pedro and Jose) to our go to guy Reynoldo who helped us with our dinner reservations, massages and excursions (always available to help out). But every single person we encountered was great. The food was amazing. I highly recommend getting as many dinner reservations to the themed restaurants although the buffets each night had a different theme and those were wonderful as well. Our favorite themed restaurants were the Mediterranean, the Japanese (teppanyaki style) and the Brazilian (so much food!). The Water Park added some extra fun and we were there about 3 times during the week. We were able to do lots of excursions (you can haggle the price on those a bit but I felt that the DR people have gone through so much with the lack of tourism due to the pandemic I wanted to add to their economy.) Covid 19 protocols were great (temp checks, sanitizing stations, mask wearing, and use of gloves when at the buffets) and very easy to get your Covid test at the end of your stay. We will be returning!
