I am trying to remember if this is the resort that requires long pants as well as closed toes shoes or sandals. That is only in the a la carte restaurants, not the buffet. One of the a la cartes is closed due to hurricane damage as well. If you go to their website they will answer that question for you directly. Hope this helps.
The hotel had ramps everywhere , and I believe the ground floor rooms would be o.k. I did see a few people with walkers that got along alright . There was a small step into my shower . I hope this helps .
