We were keen to visit this hotel for the interesting activities advertised and to hear the history surrounding the kalinago. However we were faced with a very unpleasant 'receptionist' Krista who was most unhelpful. We found her to be sarcastic and defensive. Just to gain information on activities, cost etc as a visiting general member of the public rather than...

Room nice and airy, beds a little lumpy. No hot water one morning, plenty on another. Good location, staff could not have been nicer. Fidelis restaurant food was hit or miss. Breakfast was nice, Beach Barbecue was cold and just ok. Some small plates we had were delicious, but other friends had a sandwich which was not good.

I wonder why the restaurant is not listed separately. The accommodations at the Kalinago are very nice -- great location in a recently-built hotel. The restaurant, though, needs to try harder and not rely on the amazing location overlooking gorgeous Mourne Rouge Bay. The restaurant has several issue. One is that every time I've eaten there, they don't have items...

This place is very quiet and subdued. The staff was very friendly and easy. It is not a luxury place but is clean, safe and fun. The beach is not crowded and beautiful. There are a couple other eating places close.

My wife and I stayed here recently for two weeks and really enjoyed our stay.First of all the location.the hotel is right on Morne Rouge beach(also known as BBC beach). The beach is wonderful.Spotlessly clean with no surf and plenty of shade.Arguably the best beach on Grenada. The hotel is perfectly situated on the beach.Rooms are big and spacious. And cleaned every day.The...

We stayed here 5 years ago and returned recently- mainly for the 'location' which is on 'possibly' the best beach on the island. As before, the staff were lovely, welcoming, happy, attentive and the rooms perfectly clean. This time, however our visit was vastly enhanced by the dining experience - the restaurant deserves a Trip Advisor page of it's own....

We stayed for a couple of weeks in 2013 having stumbled on this paradise whilst cruising the Caribbean earlier. We liked it so much that we returned for a fortnight this February. Apart from the fact that the beach is becoming more popular with cruise ship customers Morne Rouge Bay is simply beautiful. The hotel rooms are very clean, the...

This hotel, for me , was all about location. It is set back from a perfect beach in beautiful lush surroundings It is quiet and completely unspoiled Just a couple of undemanding pedlars and an elderly crooner with his guitar who soon got the message if one wasn't interested. The service in the hotel was varied and haphazard Sometimes there were...

Nice quiet low key hotel on the pretty and calm morne rouge beach. Good value, and nice helpful Staff. Fideli's restaurant is, like pretty much everything in the vicinity, rather overpriced for what you get, eg grilled tomatoes with mozzarella 20EC for one small tomato cut in half with a smidgeon of grated cheese! Although kingfish with lemon sauce was...
