We had a 4 hour wait until our flight to Cap Haitien left and had come from Cotes de Arcadins. We came here instead of spending our time at the PAP airport. What a great oasis in a chaotic city. My kids loved the pool-they let them swim for $11 for both as we weren't guests and provided towels. The...

Hotel has air conditioning and hot water so it's pretty decent. However the price was significantly more than what we were quoted. Also, the price of a salad was $6 on the menu and we were charged $8.50 and told the menu was wrong! We did eventually only gave to pay $6 but it was a hassle.

Picked this place because it was convenient to the airport. We had eaten here on previous trips. It was all we expected. 5 min from airport (even in Haiti traffic!), room was very comfortable with a/c, fridge, fan and ensuite. Bed was one the best I have slept on. Food at restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly...

We stayed the first night of our trip here and enjoyed a wonderful dinner and a good airconditioned room. The rooms have TV's and a nice bathroom. The rooms are laid out in small buildings. The hotel tends to draw business people and the buffet for lunch is very plentiful and good. We returned back to this hotel prior to...

I stayed at Visa Lodge for 2 nights (full 48 hours) after my extended stay in Jeremie. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport and buffet offer for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The grounds are lovely and I didn't have any issues with the staff. I was able to check-in early which worked out perfectly. My...

I have stayed at the Visa Lodge quite a few times since 2014 on the front or back end of mission trips to Jeremie. It just works for us mainly because it is close to the airport and it is safe. The rooms, by Haitian standards, are nice. Mini refrigerator in the rooms and you might even get a little...

clean, nice and quiet hotel, good service and a good taste of restaurant food, recommended to rest, but not recommended to go out alone in Haiti it's a little dangerous but you find very friendly people.

It was nice enough but you pay for the fact that it is well-known and close to the airport. The staff was attentive and friendly and the food was local and tasty. There was a nice buffet breakfast included in the price of the room.

We needed to get to Port au Prince earlier than usual, so we booked a night at Visa Lodge and spent our final day in Haiti at this resort hotel. The pool and bar area were wonderful, the staff was attentive and friendly, and all the accommodations were better than expected. The room was clean, although the bed was a...

I am in the middle of a three week stay with work. Remembering you are in Haiti, the rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit without all of the same amenities as State-side. However there is a pool to swim in after work and it is a nice natural temperature. There is a restaurant at the hotel that serves a good...
