These rooms are very centrally located but still away from the city noise. Some rooms don't have AC or a water heater but good ventilation and comfortable. It has a communal feel to the plan since there is an outdoor area you can meet other travelers and hang out. It's like a very good hostel.

This is my go to location anytime I visit Kingston. I feel at home whenever I visit. There are many other choices in town, but I choose this location for it's proximity to town, safety, and the picturesque views in the neighborhood. I am the type of traveler that likes a nice, clean, safe place that feels like home, but...

The place was tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Don't have to worry about safety. You will however need a taxi to go to places. Continental breakfast is very basic. no eggs, pancakes, etc.Good Stay!

Valerie, John, Otis and the other guests at Mikuzi not only made me feel welcome, but invited me in to their lives and made me feel like family. Drinking blue mountain coffee in the cool shade of the central tree was a pleasure, and I found in Valerie a terrific listener, conversation partner, guide and friend. If you get a...

They even had accident back in 2009 with gun shooting on the property andtourist died from New Zealand but still Mikuzi dont have any guard at the entrance and it feels extremely unsafe. The biggest plus of the Mikuzi before was its garden but since its never beet taken...

While we do take your concerns seriously, its only fair to note that as far as security is concerned, with the presidential residence our next door neighbour, our location is possibly the most secure anywhere in Jamaica. Its very residential which makes it the perfect hide away for so many of our very satisfied visitors over the years. Or as...

I had a wonderful time at Mikuzi, the private, botanic, family run business was soooo... tranquil we felt at home. My husband and I had a lovely anniversary there recently. Made for beautiful wedding and other photo moments. Walking distance from public transport and fine restaurants.

It is typical guesthouse with several rooms for guests. It is near Bob Marley Museum so it is good point to start sightseeing. Rooms have different prices depended of room's standard. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is good idea to pay extra money for room with air-condition system.

Mikuzi is located in Kingston 10, which is a pretty nice area. We stayed here a few nights and really enjoyed it, our room was very nice and clean, with a private bath and private balcony. It's a nice place to just kick back and relax. There are no restaurants or shops in the area that you can walk to,...

Mikuzi is a quite place to stay. We recommend it for anyone that is not looking for anything within walking distance. No nightlife action. No restaurant. Nothing close to walk to, such as bars, entertainment or nightlife. Just a place to lay your head and watch tv. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very pleasant. The staff is accommodating. We...
