This was my first time being at this hotel in Kingston and I must say it exceeded my expectations. I was only there for the morning Brunch at the Blue Window Restaurant but I really got a chance to admire the decor and furniture. The lobby is immaculate and you can tell that all the furniture is brand new. Tastefully done. Our server Nyron was spectacular, he treated us like royalty and we really felt welcomed. The only 2 negatives about our visit was the servers that served the food at the buffet, their energy was a bit off and they seemed a bit annoyed and in a rush to take orders. Also the marketing teams had mimosas displayed on their IG page but when we ordered one we were told it was not included and we would have to buy from the bar. That was a bit strange because mimosas are the highlight of every brunch. Otherwise the food was good and the ambiance was just right. We will definitely be doing this again!

The Jamaica Pegasus is my favourite hotel in Kingston, Jamaica for its charm, security and cleanliness. Here I am most productive and work doesn't feel like work at all. I also feel very safe here as lot of emphasis is placed on security. The hotel upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and I have never had a complaint about that. Here I can not only work but be entertained. The staff is not only professional but helpful and friendly. Restaurants and affordable and the food always tastes good. I recommend Jamaica Pegasus for those making a business or holiday trip to Kingston, Jamaica.

The hotel is excellent whether you’re there for business or pleasure. Room and amenities including the pool and tennis courts are in excellent condition. The attentive staff provided great advice for our sightseeing adventures in Kingston plus it’s centrally located in the heart of Kingston. She food was delicious. I had to work for a couple of days and connectivity was not an issue. Can’t wait to visit again!
