1. Pool not working (maintenance chlorium etc.) 2. Jacuzzi not working. And there was no possibility to start it. 3.(most important)restaurant not working due to COVID-19 (but there is outside space and tables outside, it's just an exuse because they're empty). The only food available for diner yesterday was spaghetti. And outside the facility restaurants working just fine. Overall cleanliness just OK. Staff helpful.
Check in and out was effortless. Front desk staff was very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The food was excellent, great service at the restaurant. Continental breakfast was offered with my package but I was able to upgrade to a regular yummy breakfast for a few extra dollars. The hotel is centrally located with tight security. AMAZING STAFF!!
I regularly visit and am going again tomorrow,,,,,WHY ? From the moment you arrive and meet Baker the friendly Bellman with his Go cart luggage transporter, your smiles will start, Poolside rooms with little balconies, magically lits at night,,,a gym close by and live music on Fridays is unobtrusive but romantic , Breakfast and Dinner is a stroll away and great staff wait on your pretty tables, Seating is covered but outside and can be very intimate for dinner at night, Flowers and Art Deco Tiffany style lamps set the mood Food is reasonably priced ,it is tempting to invite friends from outside to share this seductive relaxation,...so I have ....several times and we have so much fun One of my favorite parts is the privacy of the Bathroom,,no flimsy doors,,it feels just like home, I recommend this step back in time Hotel,,but ask for a Poolside room,,,that is where the best views are./Room service meals are available for a weary traveler too and tables are on the balconies plus a Bar beside the Pool so life is easy,, eat outside,,,undercover even in the rain,,,,,,, …
Stayed there the agent at the desk I must apologise to her tall lady on 11/16/19 I didn't explain my situation, with the language barrier I didn't understand she was patient enough to keep repeating I must commend her as a agent but some of the wait staff not so nice kishel not sure if it's the correct spelling she need to go to the back of the house no manners
I stay at Hotel Four Seasons regularly while on business and look forward to ackee and salt fish for breakfast. On my last visit ackee was unavailable on two (2) mornings. I was totally crest fallen!!! My room was very comfortable and clean. My only issue with the room was the shower which was not very powerful. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was pleasant; some male members of staff were probably a bit too friendly when interacting with female guests. Overall, this hotel is good value for money for travelers who need to be in Kingston.
