The good the staff was very upbeat and helpful. I found them to be very enthusiastic, but not very experienced. The location of the hotel is right on the hip strip, and walking distance to the night life in Montego Bay. The rooms are the basic with minimum comforts. The mattress was well worn and need of changing, the pillows...

Our first night in Jamaica was spent at Wexford, this after being on air and connecting flights for 24 hours so we were very tired. The noise at this hotel was unbearable, I was saved by the ear plugs. The views are beautiful, the infinity pool is lovely, pity we didn't get time to use it but the hotel needs...

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night in April 2016. The hotel is very basic and needs updating. The rooms are very "worn". It is affordable if you are on a budget and are not planning to stay for a long period. The hotel is on the main hip strip so many restaurants, bars, clubs and shops are just...

The place needs an overhaul. The room had old furniture. The electrics were exposed and some light fittings did not work. AC.. is noisy. We got the front garden view but too much noise from traffic and evening music. The locks to the room are old and flimsy. The hallway need a repaint. The restaurant food is extremely overpriced. Also...

I only spent one night here with my family last month however I felt that it was more than enough time. When checking in some of the staff seemed preoccupied and lacked motivation. We then had to pay an additional $30 extra due to taxes and other hidden costs. We insisted on taking our own luggage to the room to avoid...

If you do unwisely decide to take a chance on this hotel, be sure to pay with a credit card so you have a receipt and record of payment. Several family members in our group who paid in cash lost hundreds of US dollars as payment was made to hotel management and they subsequently claimed that there was NO record...

I spent about a week at this hotel which ruined my entire vacation. You would expect that as a Jamaican you would get the same service as a tourist would. I was ignored from the get-go at the front desk, was assigned a maybe the worst room they have ( don't think that the rooms presented on the website is...

Let's see... AC didn't work, bathtub was clogged, room smelled awful, the comforter looked and felt 35 years old, the so called garden view was a rooftop with plywood leaned against a wall, people were walking by constantly with a direct view into my room, the bathroom door fell over on me, and several members of my family were forced...

This hotel is very basic stayed two nights for sunfest as location good. It is a dump and needs updating also rooms basic sheets and bedspread threadbare, just awful wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Also should be in trouble for false advertising as the rooms are nothing like what is advertised. Do not waste you $$$$ on this hole....
