There are designated smoking areas at the hotel and on the beach. Smoking on balconies is not allowed but that didn’t stop our neighbours, unfortunately because of the wooden shutters we woke to the smell of smoke in our room which was quite unpleasant! Security on the beach will ask you to move to the designated area if they see you smoking.
I’m not a coffee drinker but I do recall a kettle so at a minimum there may be instant coffee. There is room service and a cafe that has a variety of coffees.
