We ordered a cheeseburger and jerk chicken. The jerk chicken is already made but it took over an hour for the cheeseburger. AN HOUR! And the burger wasn't the best and the jerk chicken was really dry and that was dark meat. I had high expectations for this place and was sadly disappointed.

My husband and I stayed at CocoLaPalm in December 2012 on our first trip to Jamaica. We were immediately greeted by the staff upon arrival and were walked through the grounds to our room. The grounds are beautiful, with winding sidewalks, beautiful flowers, and lots of Christmas decorations. Several people along the trip said that CocoLaPalm has the best Christmas...

My family and I loved our experience at CocoLaPalm Seaside Resort. The grounds were beautiful and smelled of fresh flowers. There are 2 restaurants which serve fresh, delicious local dishes, as well as regular North American fare. The hotel is privately owned and located on the 7-mile beach. We would go down the beach each day and the locals were...

The grounds of this hotel are well kept and clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff was amazing, they always had a smile and a friendly hello and were swift when we made requests. The two restaurants serve fresh local dishes to french toast. I will definitely be staying here again!

THE BEACH and GROUNDS The beach at Coco is the best outside of the all-inclusive resorts. There's always a lounger chair available, and you can choose to lounge in sun or shade -- there's a couple big shady trees on their beach, so if you're tired of the sun you can hang out in the shade. The water is GORGEOUS,...

Loved the location, half way down the beach. Gorgeous white sand. Rooms are average but spacious, coffee maker very slow....one hour per pot. Called the front desk, guy came, thought it worked fine hehehe it's a slow island. Food was fair, we ate next door. Constant harassment on the beach from vendors, hard to read a book when locals are...

My girlfriend's quote on the way home says it all, " I've never been anyplace where so many people have found their personal nirvana." And my girlfriend has pretty much been everywhere. We are typically very active but on this trip we were looking for a week on the beach and Coco delivered. The reviews are all spot on and...

We stayed here from Nov 18- Dec 2. We had a Junior Suite (#226) which had two queen beds and a big bathroom with double sinks and double shower heads. This is the second time we have stayed in this room so we knew what to expect. Some additional items to be aware of include: a coffee maker that serves...

We were at the hotel after a 70 minute drive from the Sangster airport in Montego Bay and were delighted to see the neat grounds at CocoLaPalm. Ahhhhhhh... neat and clean room, and the beach just a minute or two walk from the room doorway. Two swimming pools, a restaurant, an eatery open when the restaurant was closed (great jerk...

Visited in late May 2011 with my boyfriend for 5 days and 4 nights. Landed in Montego Bay around mid-afternoon rainy but by the time we got to Negril (1.5 hr drive) it began to clear up. Staff was lovely, especially the cleaning and front reception ladies. Booked the Deluxe Room which was very clean, especially the bathroom. As soon...
