Second time here in two years, all around great experience. You are treated like family and the price is great (offseason) for what you get. We spent a few days on Negril beach in addtion to this west end location, and next time we shall not even bother staying at Negril beach(because you pay twice as much and its a...

Let me start by saying that we planned on staying for four nights, but only stayed for one. However, this was not the fault of the resort or its staff. The resort was beautiful and rustic, just as we imagined ( what we wanted). Although Milo was sick while we we there. Marianne and the rest of the staff were...

Thiswas an absolute real Jamaican experience. The resort had everything we needed. The owner and staff were amazing. Plug the groundskeeper had every answer to all local questions that we could imagine. Aiesha the housekeeper was absolutely meticulous in her work. Milo and Marianne the owners were amazing they directed us to all of the hidden gems including the LTU...

About us: Early forties couple from Chicago, IL. We have no children and are repeat travelers to the West Indies. We travel every Spring for the last 11 years. We decided long ago that huge all inclusive resorts are not for us. Wristbands, buffet lines with cheap, rude, demanding, and ever hungry guests do not make us feel relaxed. Our...

The owners are very pleasant and readily offer advice on where to eat and find entertainment. Unfortunately, there are no services (including breakfast) at the cottages so for the price USD165/night, we felt that it is overpriced. The rooms are along the main road so the traffic is loud and the animals (dogs, rooster, etc.) can prohibit a quiet night....

I'm sorry that the noises were too loud but i cannot control the wild dogs coming around. The breakfast is always available, the guests who desire it just have to order it, we are a 4 cottage resort and we don't have a buffet but done to order. Sorry for the obvious misunderstanding. All the best Milo

This is just our second time in Negril but we have travelled extensively and many times to Jamaica before. We do not stay in touristy resorts. We love the people, culture, food and music in Jamaica and we usually rent a car so that we can get around on our own steam. We have stayed beach side in Negril at...

Banana Shout was once again AMAZING. Second year in a row that we stayed at Banana Shout. The location, staff and view are all fantastic! The cottages are basic, yet exactly what we needed to decompress from our busy lives back home. Thanks Milo for another great year!
