For your second question about the room I am not quite sure if I understand about the high floor? (do you mean second floor?)
You will have a room assigned to you and if there is anything you just tell the lady in the office.

You should be able to manage on the ground level, resort is small and easy to get around. I am not sure if there is a ramp to get up to the dining area (few steps) and then down again on to the beach (few steps), but the Staff are very helpful and should be able to accommodate you.
Now having said that, they rooms have tubs, not sure how you can manage with that?

I would resend the same email, I did that back in 2016. Make sure you put your booking dates and number in the title of your email for example Booking for ----------. Hopefully Marian will see it and answer.
