Really enjoyed my stay, it has a beautiful atmosphere, the beach is clean and secluded, the food is good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and it's in the perfect parish. The is always my go to beach every time and I really love Portland beautiful parish, I will definitely be returning.

We didn't stay at the hotel but spent the day on the beach twice in the last week. It's a two and a half hour drive from Kingston and a much appreciated departure from the usual, touristy North Coast options. The river joins the sea, making the water not-so-salty and not-so-warm. It's a perfect cove with lovely sand, swings over...

Such a beautiful spot in amazing nature, set in beautiful tropical gardens with a meandering river and a magical beach this us so classic 50's style resort hotel with wonderful original vintage design. A great powder sand beach in a natural beauty spot.

This place, simply put, is Magical. The river meets the sea right in this cove. A tributary of the Rio Grande meanders through the property and enters the sea at a small sandy beach. The mixture of the cold river water and the warm sea water is a great sensation to behold. Your body is carressed by cold and hot...

The location of the resort is perfect and Frenchman beach is one of the most beautiful in Jamaica, however as you can read in all the reviews the cabins are in URGENT need of repair. It seems like the owners have not spent a dollar on the property since the seventies. The bathroom is terrible and the sofas in the...

Rooms nice size, but the toilet was busted, took our tour guide to demand the turn the hot water on in the building, the lock on our door only worked half the time, slow breakfast, two bedside lamps weren't plugged in and the cords were so frayed I DIDN'...

Its a nice serene beach. It is an awesome view and very relaxing surroundings. It is a paid beach and hence it is well taken care of. Nice place to take the kids to have a nice cold swim on a hot day in the summer. Lots of swings in the river area for the kids to enjoy.

The has got to be by far the worst "hotel" experience ever. There was no water in the bathroom and to have a shower or brush your teeth was impossible. I would not recommend this place. The only plus is the beach and river.

Just trying to book this resort is a challenge in itself. Booked one night, only to be called the day after explaining that we had to stay for 2 nights, but they had no rooms for a family for 2 nights so booking cancelled by them. Told the day before that there was, then there wasn't ect ect. Just under...
